First time customer and possibly last. Ordered a pair of running trainers on 2nd of July. Paid the delivery that stated would arrive in 1-3 business days. 10 days later. Still no trainers, item not even showing as dispatched. Tried contacting through instagram. Message has been read but no reply. Tried contacting through WhatsApp, no reply. Emailed various different email addresses and still no reply. Have had to raise a dispute as no other option to get in contact. Really disappointed with the service. Not looking for a refund just the item to be delivered.

Ordered a t-shirt 9 days ago and received a confirmation email.

Since then I have had nothing in regards to delivery? Emailed twice with no response, messaged on Instagram and also tried phoning the number linked to the company which doesn't seem to be in use.

No way of contacting the company, so unsure how I'm going to receive my order or my money back.

Asked could I exchange an item and was told no problem and sent return address. Returned item for exchange to receive the item back and be charged another delivery fee along with being told they don’t take exchanges. Won’t be ordering again.

This is the worst company ever. Ive payed and waited for my order now in a hole month, have not received any help or my package from them. Have not even get the money back. This is a bluff company, DONT EVEN ORDER FROM THEM!

I bought an expensive Canada Goose jacket from Dan Young at a significant discount. I was very surprised that it arrived without original store tags or packaging. It had been simply placed, unwrapped, in an *open* DPD bag which was then placed in a mailer. This made me wonder. Now, a month later, the stitching on one arm is starting to become undone. I tried to reach Dan Young to address these issues, but had these problems: 1. It's very hard to find contact info on their website. 2. When I did find their customer service email, my email to them was rejected (I tried twice). Hence ... this review. [FYI, my original review expressed my concerns more strongly. As their first response, this company threatened legal action, which makes me even more alarmed about their business practices.]
