I ordered a CP Company Tracery 2 in 1 Goggle jacket from this business. The jacket came wrapped in a plain clear plastic bag. The jacket had the hood drawstring missing as well as missing extra buttons that Normally come with new CP Company jackets. The extra buttons wasn’t so much of an issue but the missing drawstring meant the hood could not be fitted properly. I reached out to the seller to come to an easy agreement by offering to accept a partial refund or the drawstring be sent out to me. The seller responded to my email after a few days, (bear in mind there is no other way to contact the business). It’s also worth noting there are different email addresses listed on the website, however, only one of them works. The seller did not want to replace the drawstring or offer me a partial refund, but instead wanted me to return the jacket at my expense via Royal Mail special delivery and promised to issue a full refund including postage. Due to a personal issue the return was delayed. I did get a refund eventually but not for the postage I paid.

The man who owns the business is abrupt in the way he speaks but I believe that’s just the way he is. To be fair, I was rude to him as well. Putting that aside I’m not going to base this review on that. I would have given him 5 stars had he refunded my postage fees.

On the positive side - the jacket came packaged well. The item was sent out to me quickly and I received it the next working day. For what it was, the jacket was a bargain - cheapest price out there.

If you’re okay with waiting for email replies if there’s an issue, waiting at least a week for refunds then I would recommend DanYoungUK he has some really good stuff on his website. I think he has potential to be one of the best if the customer service is improved.

Bought a pair of trainers 2 months ago, received two trainers of the same foot so returned the following week. Now been chasing a replacement / refund for 6 weeks. Terrible customer service- dont reply to emails or follow through with refunds when they say they will.
Won’t use again.

Don’t waste your time with this seller

I ordered an item worth £1270 and £215 since August 18th and 20th respectively , till now I haven’t gotten my order nor a refund and they replied a different mail which is not what I ordered with that my order has been cancelled and that I’ll get a refund … for whatever reasons I don’t know why they aren’t responding to the email I ordered with ! Something is definitely suspicious but I’ll definitely be back here to keep you guys updated .

Placed an order on 21/08/24 with next day delivery. Still haven’t heard anything about it being despatched. Have had no reply to emails or messages on social media despite the pages being active.

Have ordered from here before so seems to have gone massively downhill as experienced good customer service previously, disappointing.
