Inconvenient refund process
Although I’ve always been pleased with the quality of the products, I’ve recently been disappointed with the customer service. On two separate occasions I was incorrectly charged both the delivery and return costs after returning an item despite using the £2.50 subsidised return service. The first time was for a faulty item, and the second because the trainers didn’t fit properly. In both cases I had to contact customer service to have the delivery charge refunded.
While the issue was resolved politely the first time, my second experience was far less satisfactory. When I asked why this keeps happening, I was simply told, “The system can’t do it automatically,” with no apology for the repeated error or the inconvenience caused.

You're correct that, in some circumstances, our returns system does not automatically recognise when the original delivery charge should be refunded, such as where an item is faulty. We appreciate that having to contact us on more than one occasion was frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Bought ifish sandals on line
Bought ifish sandals on line. First pair were too big and sent back. Refunded quickly. Second pair were just right so I kept them. Leather upper very soft and pliable. Soles lovely and bendy so didnt need wearing in. Only minor complaint was the insoles, which were made of shiny plastic. Soft but could make blisters.
