It was my first time shopping here, and everything went really well. The website has clear information about delivery and returns. It was easy to make the purchase, and the order arrived on time. I bought sandals that were on sale, and they arrived in their original box, all in perfect condition. I would definitely buy here again and recommend it to others.

I had to return one faulty pair because the inside of a buckle on the right sandal was jutting out and scratched my skin. Customer services were great and replaced them immediately. However the second pair had the same fault on the left sandal. So I took them to the shoe repairers and now they’re perfect.

I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked for a repair. It’s simply bad workmanship and should be easy to fix. My 16 year old daughter is so upset by their responses.

To issue a refund on this we will need you to provide us images and a video of this item been cut up and thrown in an outside bin.

Excellent quality. Shoe sizing correct and they look exactly as they do in the photo. Daniel shoes will be my first stop when looking for new shoes from now on.
