Bags are good but we ordered red, the order was accepted. We then got a call to say they were out of stock so it would have to be another colour!

I ordered 50 large red bags and got 50 small black ones. When I phoned the company they were excellent, they apologised, told me to keep the black bags and promptly sent the correct order the next day. The initial experience was therefore poor but was quickly rectified.

Very pleased with bags, delivered on time and packaged well.

Needed orange gift bags in a hurry for forty - fifty people and got them in plenty of time and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use this company again, in fact I have my annual Pink Night, fundraiser coming up soon, may order pink bags next. x

I bought some smart black paper bags in which to wrap my pottery which I sold at exhibitions. Just to give the whole thing a professional touch. The bags are beautiful. The service even more so. I manage to type my address one digit wrong and I was contacted by Bart saying their courier could not find me, of course! The understanding and kindness associated with this order far far outweighed the cost of it which was really small. A big thank you to Bart. I would use you again and have already recommended you to other artisans.

Wanted bags to embellish as gift bags,great for this idea, will need some slightly larger as well. Fine for what I want it for .

I ordered a number of boxes from them. Unfortunately, some were damaged through no fault of Daklapack. I called straightaway - replacement were with me within 2 days.

I was very impressed with the service at Daklapack and would be happy to recommend them.

Had a great set of samples delivered within five days, and after receiving these decided to make a purchase of 100+ units.

When they arrived even though we had used their own ordering codes provided with the samples we were sent something different.

Although the dimensions were correct the thickness and overall quality of the box was disappointing.

An email was sent to them but to no reply.

I needed more and tried again using the said sample code and again i was sent something completely different to what i expected.

This time the card was flimsy and therefore really limited to what we could use it for, i will have to think hard if i will be using them again as the product seems to be getting poorer and poorer quality each time i order.
