Very prompt service on my order plus…
Very prompt service on my order plus delivery. Postal costs were excessive though since product came from the Netherlands . But not surprised due Brexit.

The only thing to change would be to have the import VAT charged at the point of sale to make it easier.

Hi this is the 3rd or 4th order o have places for same same grip seal bags but this order they are no way near as good quality as the others I am been disappointed as I use these for wax tarts

Good service not so great packaging with self branding
The service was really good and fast delivery. I’m not so happy with the packaging though. I got the frosted transparent stand up pouches and daklapack branding is all over the bottom of the pouch which shows through the transparent frosting. When brands themselves are buying these to sell products, the packaging branding so visibly showing through is not something that works well. More frustratingly this wasn’t displayed on the online picture or warned about in the copy.
I also ordered through The pouch company which is obviously owned by Daklapack hence the branding.
