I had an issue with an order on a different site. I was about to get the shaft from this ste that rhymes with Glamazon. Anyway, I messaged the D'Addario team, and they went out of their way to rectify the situation, even though they weren't obligated to do so. Steve was incredibly kind and I am very appreciative to him and the rest of the team. I can't wait to reign hell on these skins.

I have used D'Addario strings almost exclusively since 2005 for my collection of ~20 guitars. Recently, I was stringing an archtop with a set of 11-50 Chromes and noticed the D string was larger than the A string. I bought another set to confirm and sure enough, I wasn't crazy. I emailed their customer support and sent some pics, and within a day George at D'Addario reviewed my feedback and sent me two sets of free strings for my trouble. Great product, great company!

Real customer service, fast, polite and proactive.

Had a brand new high E string break on me out of the packet, 10/46 NYXLs. First time it’s ever happened in 15 years.
Sent an email, got a response within a day with a replacement for the broken one and a complimentary set to top it off.

D’Addario strings of great quality! I’ve needed to reach out a couple of times to customer service for questions I had regarding either order placed or about player points I couldn’t load up (no fault of theirs). Incredible service and prompt responses. It always seems important to them for everything to be perfect!

If there were more stars, more stars I would add! The service of the D'Addario company has no compare and that speaks of the quality of the products. I had a "hic up" with strings that didn't settle in and George my customer service rep went more than an extra mile to help me out. I got the privilege of having a one on one conversation in which I learnt alot about their products, I followed up on the advice and got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for all!

Customer service was even kind enough to very quickly help me put in a players circle code I couldn't read off of a piece of packaging.

I have been using D'Addario bass strings for over 40 years. A few years ago for the first time I had a couple of sets where the E and A strings were completely dead. I called up and got George. Not only did he send me replacement sets but two additional sets! George is also very knowledgeable about technical issues. AMAZING customer service and FANTASTIC strings!

I bought their most expensive strings, the pack was missing the Low E and A. This has never happen in 50 years of playing multiple stringed instruments. They responded with "Expect 2 sets soon. The singles are made to order items, so they will ship at a latter date. My apologies for that.." George - Consumer Support Specialist. Thanks for Neil!

Love their strings and prices. They fit my playing style and budget. Great customer service too. String broke while installing and they are quickly replacing it for me.

I bought two packs of nylons that had faulty treble strings. I reached out to see if I could get the problematic strings replaced.

Not only did they replace the faulty strings to complete the sets I’d already bought, but also sent 3 entire new sets along with it.

George was very quick to resolve the issue and obviously went way above and beyond. I’m very impressed with D’Addario’s customer service!

I wrote to D'Addario to enquire about the quality of Pro Mark drumsticks I bought on line from a reseller. I was totally blown away by the experience - prompt responses ,helpfulness and willingness to seek and achieve customer satisfaction. My enquiry had no underlying motive other than to understand why my product experience was poor. Steve on support has organised a replacement product for me .....not expected as by my own admission ... I chose to buy 'blind' online rather than my normal approach over the counter ....so you know what you are getting. Thanks Steve on Support and D'Addario for listening and working with me - the customer. Brilliant experience of putting the customer first ! :-)

I ordered a pack of strings for my first banjo. Never touched a string instrument before so was going in blind. Strings sound exactly how I expected them to. I broke one of the strings during the restring (old ones were terrible), I reached out asking if I could buy a single and they sent me several replacements for free! I will be exclusively buying supplies from these guys. Made my account now so I can take advantage of the points system.

Most of my guitars have D’Addario strings and humidipaks! Customer service delivery is awesome and Steve goes the extra mile… even for a missing little part for a capo!. It’s always a bonus day when I get to use my player points too.😁👍🏽

I've been interested in Strings without Nickel die to health issues and asked the Support for an advice, which Strings i could use.

Within no time George replied to my Mail and took a Lot of E-Mails to ensure that I Pick the right Strings. Furthermore he came Up with the Idea to Check my frets, because they could contain Nickel as well. So, he did more than I expected. Really nice.

The headstock tuner I purchased for my banjo wouldn't power on. Checking the battery proved it was low voltage. Replacing the battery didn't change things. Reaching out to Customer Service looking for suggestions of things I might have overlooked, I was informed that although 7 years old and out of warranty they would as a courtesy replace it. Who does that anymore? Needless to say when I need musical accessories, D'Addario is the choice.
