The service was amazing from start to finish

everything was simple and quick to order from, only issue i had was i had £50 left on my evoucher but didnt use it right away and then whwn i tried to make another order it said the voucher was already used so i lost out

Overpriced Repairs and Poor Communication

I had a very disappointing experience with Cycles UK Greenwich. I brought my bike in for a simple issue with the gears and wheel. Instead of addressing the specific problems, they conducted a full inspection and told me the bike was in "very bad shape," claiming it would cost £400 to fix everything. They also charged £15 for the inspection, even though I found the repair estimate absurd.

What doesn’t make sense is that if they truly believed my bike was in such bad condition, why didn’t they inform me about this upfront? Instead, they waited until the inspection was complete to surprise me with the high repair cost. This lack of communication felt unfair and misleading.

Afterward, I took the bike to Evelyn Wharf Cycles in Greenwich, where they offered to fix the key issues for just £25! Comparing their proposal to the inspection report from Cycles UK, it’s clear that Cycles UK inflated the repair scope and costs by recommending unnecessary replacements.

I cannot recommend their services based on this experience. Their pricing and communication were disappointing, and I suggest others seek alternative shops like Evelyn Wharf Cycles for more reasonable estimates.

Wrong item was initially sent out,correct item was sent the same day and arrived next day,free return postage easily downloaded and printed,excellent customer service,would highly recommend.

The people here where great, once I got attention. Understaffed I guess as they where very busy but also very helpful once served.

The whole process was simple and trouble free. From ordering to delivery everything just happened without a hitch. The bike was well packed and everything thing that was supposed to be in the pack was there. Useful instructions that helped me put the last bits on the bike and I was good to go!

I ordered a pair of cycling shoes for my wife but unfortunately they were too narrow and too long. But delivery 🚚 and the return process was very efficient and easy.
Our refund was back in our account in a couple of days. Excellent service.

Delivery a bit slow, communication could've been better (about delivery date, for example), but pleased with the products purchased.

They had the bike I wanted in stock and processed my order quickly and efficiently. The bike came very well wrapped complete with useful paperwork to get up and running. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend Cycles UK.
