Communications are really good and delivery was quite quick , within a week.

Found the right bike elsewhere significantly cheaper than the Cycle Solutions offer. Cycle Solutions were able to turn around a voucher within a few days so that I could purchase elsewhere. Quick and simple transaction.

Ordered through the Cycle to work scheme. Needed a larger frame so ordered in direct from Scott by 99Bikes, kept in the loop throughout the process, bike built and checked before collecting. Really good customer service on the day of collection and throughout the process.

Absolutley brilliant the bike itself is spot on delivery was excellent. As the box it came in was a fair size the delivery driver offered to put it in the back garden as it was to big for.my partner to move. More than happy with everything thank you

I recently purchased a Giant bike at the store through the C2W scheme. The staff in-store were really helpful, especially with my limited knowledge and never made me feel like I had asked a silly question. On collecting the bike they spent time explaining maintenance advice and how to keep the bike in top condition . You could appreciate how knowledgeable they were. Thank you again!

The staff were the best. They let me know the bike will probably come a day later than advertised. Shame the company can't just give realistic delivery dates rather than just lie. Where's the integrity?

Extremely prompt response to my order - literally, within in an hour of submitting, I received a call detailing delivery the following week!

Overall quick and relatively painless interaction. Postage was quick and items were high quality.
However, they refused to price match on the exact same wheel that was £500 cheaper in two separate shops. I guess with cycle to work they have no need to be too competitive for orders.

Excellent service from Cycle Solutions for my Cycle to Work e-bike purchase and delivery. The bike was all set up, instructions for attaching pedals and straightening the handlebars were clear. I appreciated the call from staff regarding the delivery schedule and they also provided me with further information regarding insuring the bike.

experience from start to finish, was easy, lots of clear communication throughout the order. the information after delivery on how to connect parts, very easy to understand. i was able to change my delivery day that suited me, when delivered the delivery man helped bring the item inside the house. after care emails have been received with information regarding security and insurance for items.

I didn't find the selection of bikes available adequate. This meant that I need to buy though a partner for which the process isn't as easy as it could be. Rating 3*, then discount a star for the manner in which the review request came in. Holding 5*s in the subject line feels like there's an expectation to score the service more highly than it deserves, which could mislead other users. I find this poor.

Very efficient, bike arrived quickly and was fully assembled except pedals. Would use again.
