Very easy even ordering from an external shop, no hassle. Plenty of shops to chose from in the UK. Only downgrading one star as you can't place an order from Canyon.

Very easy process and great customer service

It was all done quickly, the delivery and process, and the cycle works fine. You provide a 18th month deal whilst I ride it to work, which gives me peace of mind and I will contact you if i need repairs from wear.

Using Cycle Solutions for my cycle to work scheme was a very smooth and easy process. I needed a bike to cycle to work and take my child to nursery along the way. I set up an initial order, and Cycle Solutions informed me that the child seat was not compatible with the rack I selected, and worked with me to find a solution. I've gotten my entire order and it's in great condition! I'm very happy with the customer service and that they didn't just send my order before checking through it!

Good updates and communication, I was called and told when the order would be collected. With possible delivery time. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was when my bike arrived it wasn't completely in its box and the front end was sticking out with the complementary bag and the front tyre/wheel had been dragged about on the floor. The box was rather large and I felt it was to big and the bike was unfortunately poorly handled by the courier. So I cleaned it of and finished assembly checking it was OK.

Purchased a “used” showroom bike through cycle to work scheme. The advertisement was very honest and open about the small minor defects, I was happy to accept these small defects for the price that the bike was being sold for.
They were great at arranging delivery dates, and bike was delivered on the day arranged. However on opening the box and inspecting the bike, either the bike was wasn’t packaged correctly, or this happened during transit but the chain had come off and caused much more damage to the bike than what I would have accepted if I had known before purchasing. As I need the bike, and I’m not prepared to go through the whole blame game/it was my fault/your fault ….no proof ect ect I’ve decided to not even pursue the issue, but as I have just received an email to leave a review….i thought I would leave it.

Buying and delivery experience all good.
Gears needed indexing more than you'd expect even on a new bike and the front disc had a lot of oil/grease on it so not quite 5*.
Otherwise all good.

Easy and efficient

I have had my bike just over a week I'm really happy with my bike. The Uplands store where was delivered, did a great job of setting up and gave me some sound advice. Thanks 👍
