Cyclehoop Anmeldelser

Excellent experience. If there are issues (rarely) they are quickly resolved. This keeps my bike out of the house and in an easily accessible place. Highly recommend.

Used their hangar for several years - reasonably priced, saved lots of weathering to my bike, provided security, easy to use, and I love anything that encourages the use of sustainable transport! Had an issue upon sending the key back for reposit return but this was promptly resolved.

Great service. We had a squeaky hangar and an engineer came quickly and fixed it. We love our hangar.

Having a space in a Cyclehoop hangar makes cycling so much easier. It's safe, quick and good value. There just needs to be more of them!

Cyclehoop is a great service to have in our area and really safe and secure place for our bikes and really easy to use.

It is a privilege to have a space
In a cyclehoop hanger on my road. It has transformed my experience of cycling in London over the last few years. I have had a number of bikes stolen or vandalised in the past when I had to lock my bike to a lamp post.

The hanger is well maintained- though I do find opening and closing it rather heavy but that is because I have shoulder problems.

Obviously having the bike store is super convenient, and other bike users have been very considerate and friendly. Staff at cyclehoop are also very approachable and friendly if there are any problems.

Our bike hanger was broken into. It was a terrifying experience, as the perpetrator was screaming and swearing and threatening us with his angle grinder.
I emailed Cyclehoop, and they acted immediately. They contacted all the users, sent a man to replace the lock, and posted the new key to us. Very impressed. Very grateful.
We're not always happy with the level of maintenance - the hanger is often dirty inside and is full of graffiti outside - but the service on this occasion was excellent.

After waiting a couple of years I was delighted to get a space, but when I went to park my bike someone else was using it. The help I received from CycleHoops was prompt, friendly and persistent when the other person didn't move their bike. I've been out for a lovely sunny bike ride today and it's fantastic being able to park my bike in the hoop rather than carry it up the stairs to my flat and squeeze it into a corner. 10/10 for customer service. Good value for money too.

Reasonably prices and nice people to deal with. Can recommend.

Great response time and customer valued service

I have been a customer for a long time and the bike storage is excellent and they do their best to manage to huge demand and poor usage. Very quick responses over email and great customer service. They just need more in London! I waited years to get a space.

Super convenient and safe bike storage - we need more!

Great bike shed - much better designed than the one my partner uses, and great value.

Excellent bike sheds, and their customer service and processes are fast and efficient too.

The storage is great and the admin team awesome

Fast, friendly and does what they set out to do. Good value rate for a secure bike shed/stand. Would definitely use them in the future where required. Good customer service team too for when contacting them via email.

The service is awesome. They are all super kind, helpful and friendly. The storage place is a great solution to have your bike parked safe near home/office.

I had rented a space in a cyclehoop street cyclehangar for a couple of years, which I have now given up due to moving house. Only had a couple of issues during that time (both of which were self inflicted), the team at cyclehoop were quick to respond with instructions to help me out and very friendly throughout.
Great customer service, thanks guys :)
