STILL NO PROGRESS
I wrote to SIPP SUPPORT as you suggested and got no response
Nothing received despite Curtis Bank response
This is latest comment on ongoing saga and series of complaints
My tenant and I are confused about e mails from property credit control which are badly written and confuse different issues
I spoke to someone in property insurance at 09.53 on Thursday. He promised to e mail me and my tenant the invoice.
Nothing was received
I talked to customer services as Nucleus and Curtis advised in Trust Pilot earlier in the week who said they could NOT help.

SIPP tax free lump sum withdrawal - progress request
I am in the process of taking a tax free lump sum from my SIPP. I contacted Curtis Banks today, 28th October 2025, to find out how the process is progressing. I spoke to Steven; he was efficient and quickly got me an update. I cannot fault the service.

Great Customer Service
Really impressed with Olivia H today. She had a huge amount of patience for a pair of computer illiterate dinosaurs. Polite, friendly, explained things very well to us and waited patiently till we achieved what we needed to achieve. She certainly went the extra mile for us.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I needed an urgent funds transfer and Veneta Popova spoke to her supervisor to arrange.
After explaining it might be difficult to sort out at short notice she managed to ensure the funds arrived the same afternoon.
Very impressive and saved me with the worry over the weekend.

Avoid at all costs
For over a year I have been trying to resolve an issue with my late father’s estate. At every stage an obstacle has been put in my way and despite repeated requests for a phone call to try to find a solution none are forthcoming. Every email sent takes up to 10 days to get a reply. Do not deal with this company if you want a pain free experience. Even when I made a complaint and it was upheld in my favour no solution was offered - just we are sorry (in a very poorly written email) which does not really help. Avoid at all costs
