Curry’s after care & customer service in the store, and over the phone is shocking! To the point we’ve had to send BY POST a letter of complaint due to a faulty product they’re refusing to help with, told on phone there is no complains email, and can’t talk to a complaint handler so had to send a letter. Not even an apology over the phone for what we have experienced. Await response from complaint but not holding my breathe. Can get same products, same price at alternative retailers with much better and longer grantees and warranties. Wish we done our research better in the first place.

There was no hassling
There was no hassling, was approached when we needed help. Gentleman was very polite and helpful. Wanted a tumble dryer, knew roughly what we want. Saw it on the shelf, had one in stock so we bought it.
