Great selection but poor service
While Currys offers an excellent range of products, the overall experience is let down by extremely slow customer service.
When visiting the store for assistance or information, waiting times consistently exceed 20 to 25 minutes.
During my recent order pickup, the initial staff member was unable to locate my order despite having my name and order number. Thankfully, another team member stepped in to resolve the issue and hand over my items.
The product selection is great, but the tedious delivery and service process makes it frustrating to shop here.

It was a fantastic experience shopping in Currys Watford, Sales person Palak was very patient and helpful throughout our shopping trip as we were buying multiple items together. Manager Ucheet was also very kind and patient sales manager to deal with. Overall a nice experience

Phantom laptop delivery
I ordered a laptop in the store and was told it wasn't in store but would be delivered to the store within 7-10 days. No one contacted me to tell me it had been delivered. When I called the Customer Services number, they advised it had been delivered to the store, but when I went in the store staff took 40 mins before they decided it hadn't been delivered. I waited another 10 days then called the Customer Services number who assured it had definitely been delivered now. But on visiting the store I had exactly the same scenario. 40 mins of the staff looking for the laptop until I told the I'd had enough and want my money back.
How can a retailer in this day and age, not know when an item has been delivered, does not contact the customer and can't quickly find the item. Pathetic.
