Complete waste of a journey!😡
Because I couldn't get through to Currys (any!) on the phone because of all the boring jargon!! I travelled a 50 mile journey to teeside park (Currys!!) called in there massive shop full of electrical components and also loads of microwaves! Guess what!! To our severe disappointment They never had a red microwave in the massive shop 😡😡 !!!! Waste of fuel! time! It's a joke!! Get a grip Currys or move on!!

Visited Teesside Park to buy 2 iPads - iffy service - but bounced back
Visited Tees Park to buy 2 iPads. Initially quite a challenge to get anyone from the staff to show an interest in talking to us. We waited (showing much interest in the station where the product was located), 2 staff member saw us, and moved to (presumably) do other work (no other customer was present). I found Elliot (floor manager) who was clearly concerned by the apparent lack of staff engagement and delay and got things sorted in a professional manner. So, end result (thanks entirely to Elliot) was first rate, had he not been there we'd have walked and used Amazon! A touch more engagement from the staff (as we have experienced on prior visits to this store (but sadly, not all Curry's outlets)) is all that is needed.
If the staff behave as the TV adverts purport, all would be good.

Excellent install, uninterested sales
Punctual, tidy, fast, efficient installers who even provided a new TV wall mount to replace the obsolete one for no extra cost.
Excellent service by them, which made up for the lacklustre sales staff. While they did help with the final choice of TV, helpful advice was not particularly forthcoming. Payment came out of the wrong bank account, I had to leave 6 signatures (!) on various paperwork and overall they just didn't seem interested.

Customer experience
The in store staff had great knowledge to help with my perfect purchase. They helped as much as possible. Then the delivery was next day given a good time frame in the afternoon. Dropped straight off at the door.
