Currys - Swindon Anmeldelser 

Monday 7th Sept & Friday 11th went into Currys Greenbridge Swindon to buy a new mobile with more storage than my very old one. On both occasions, I was served by "Bam" - James - who was extremely helpful. I'm not a technical person and he answered all my questions (and more!). I bought the mobile Friday 11th he'd recommended Monday & told him I'd give him the very top review possible. I cannot find where to put 10 out of 10 & he told me reviews of 8 or under weren't even looked at by Currys. I do hope this will be seen by whoever needs to see it.

Staff member was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made the transaction quick and simple.

I have bought quite a few appliances and other items from Swindon Currys store. The store is fairly big, it has a variety of appliances and tech. I like to go to a store and look at the item I want to buy instead of looking to a picture online. This store seems to have overall knowledgeable staff in each area, I can always find the right support when I need. I have bought from other Currus stores before and its a bit hit and missed with them. Swindon staff are generally very good, with good customer services and knowledgeable. Most of the things I tend to buy are high value and having flexipay available is great! It definately helps otherwise I probably wouldn't get new items into my home easily. I recommend this store and Currys overall. Its just nice to have the option to go to a place, see the items and make the choice.

I have to give a good review to the young lady at the Swindon store for her outstanding service. Her name is Keira (operator 25).
She was exceptionally polite, helpful and very knowledgable about the item I was purchasing. She also went into a kind of private conversation about herself which I thought was very brave of her, especially to someone she has never met before. Thank you Keira for your help and support.

The man who helped was great, gave us great information and option for additional care package. Overall good experience

I’d like to say a big thank you to Cashel for his help when we were buying our Smeg freestanding gas cooker.

He was really helpful in finding the right one for us. The price on the display wasn’t fully discounted, but Cashel explained the other options and took the time to check the price for us. He managed to get us an extra 50% off the display price, which was a great bonus.

I was really happy with the purchase and with the service we received. Cashel was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal.

He definitely deserves to be recognised and promoted for his great customer service.

Collect in store worked well

The new Bosch washing machine ordered online plus delivery was within two days.
The men delivered before allocated time slot they was very helpful nothing was too much trouble.

I came in looking for a laptop as I am heading to university soon. Marcus was fantastic and answered all of my questions. He showed me multiple options and gave me fantastic customer service and provided me with add ons that will help me in the future. He explained to me all the benefits of each option and was extremely polite and patient as I do not know much about laptops. Fantastic experience and customer service. Definitely recommend the store because of amazing customer service delivered from members such as Marcus.

Easy process of ordering the console.
Great communication from customer service about collection and insurance.
Pick up in store went really well and met a friend of my nephew!

The whole experience at curry's start to finishing for my daughters laptop was smooth. Valencia served us, she was knowledgeable and patient. We did not feel rushed to make the purchase .Tom set up the laptop for us .Every step was informed and the entire team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I found a robovacuum in store that I wanted to purchase.
No employee visible near the product I wanted to buy, so I went to the tills that were unmanned and waited.
I waited 2-3 minutes, was seen by two employees who didn't come over and it was only when the third saw me, did they come over.
I said that I wanted to buy something and showed a photo of the product tag.
I was told that I needed to speak to someone else, who he walked me to. The someone else told him that he could process my request, so we walked over to where the product was for him to type into a tablet the information I showed him in the photo on the phone. Making the process of walking upstairs to the someone else amd to the product pointless.
The item was not in stock (no out of stock label), but he offered to put the order through online and arrange for delivery. I said that I would happily do that if I don't get charged extra for delivery which he said of course and walked off to find a code to discount the delivery.
He was gone for about five minutes, then spent another five trying to enter the code in which didn't work initially. He made a comment about how technology is to blame, in a technology shop.
The employee was nice, but there seemed to be a combination of things happening that contributed to what I felt was quite a poor experience.

The Currys Assistant was incredibly knowledgeable about tumble dryers. He was able to steer us towards the purchase of the most appropriate appliance for our situation.
