The shop person was great
The shop person was great, obviously new but sold me exactly what I wanted. Three stars is because my overall experience was not so great. The equipment in the shop doesn't work, I walked the length of the shop 4 times because the tech would only work on the one terminal available at the back of the shop. The person then put the incorrect email address in so my receipt was not sent to me. A senior person came over, he could not smile, totally miserable. (I unfortunately had to speak to him twice and he didn't improve the second time) I asked him to amend my email but he said he couldn't. I don't believe that.
I bought another item separately and again the tech didn't work so had to move to another desk. For a company trading in any field the basics should be available for staff to give customers a better experience.
