Understaffed. Only if member of staff on the sales/pickup counter and the customer in front had a complicated issue to be dealt with. However, the staff were courteous and understanding.

Helpful sales and installation staff
The sales assistant (Jon) at Currys Stirling was very helpful, in particular in checking whether the appliance went wanted would fit in the space available. The installation team communicated well before arrival and did a remarkably efficient job of installing our integrated dishwasher. Overall, a very good experience.

Was looking at washing machines in…
Was looking at washing machines in store. Was asked if I needed any help, didn't at that time. When I had decided the model to buy I got the guy's attention and we proceeded with the purchase. Had it in the back of the car in 15 minutes and was on my way home.
