fridge and freezer delivery
Firstly bought fridge freezer from a very helpful male sales staff member to be delivered day before got 4 hour slot didnt arrive on time no phone call to say its running late currys receipt advised downloading tracking app but although they are calling themselves a tech company play store informs me there app isnt compatable with latest phones and its out of date concidering they sell the newest phones surely there apps should be updated accordingly when spoke to a customer servive agent he told me my order would be there within 16 mins making it 1hour 20 mins late on a 4 hour express delivery slot i asked the agent if he was aware of the app being not compatable with latest android phones he confirmed he was aware so surely this should be stated on there website eventually men arrived they did help my partner and installed appliances to a satifactory standard

Great experience went into the store and was immediately greeted. Explained the process of collected my pay and collect item and was served by a staff member that hadn't been working for the company for long, the process was quick and painless. Althie was his name and was very knowledgeable. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and will be shopping there again when required

Very efficient purchase and delivery process
The sales person was very informative and helpful making the whole purchasing process very easy.
