The curry’s store in skegness is…
The curry’s store in skegness is genuinely a place I dread going and I will only go if i absolutely have no choice and I can’t find what I am looking for on an online retailer or another local store in my area.
The staff seem unable to speak. You ask them a question and they talk into a head set and don’t answer you. Infact I’ve never seen so many staff in a store before and doing absolutely anything apart from their job and talking into headsets and carrying around iPads. You go to the counter to pay and they say they need to call somebody else to serve you because they can’t and are doing something else, I asked a Question about a return, again the member of staff did not answer me and spoke into headset set, called a member of staff over who she asked told the cashier who was serving what to say andto ask me a question about my return , I then answered the question to the cashier on the till who then relayed my reply AGAIN To somebody on a headset. Who then eventually decided to come niece and speak directly to me.
I have never been to a store with so many staff and all of of which genuinely seem displeased to be there and to serve you, answer a question or do absolutely anything at all.
If you do manage to buy something you are then served with an attitude from the staff, again if you are able to buy something that doesn’t need to be ordered in expect to spend a ridiculous amount of time while they get it from the stock room, coming back huffing and puffing at a glacial pace and then spending so long stapling multiple receipts together, not forgetting they need to speak into their headset to ask where the stapler is. Then when you don’t by protection insurance cover be made to feel like you’ve insulted them. When I think of curry’s skegness I genuinely feel dread about this store and can’t get out there quick enough. I am somebody who is there to make a purchase and leave, where I know others browse and like an experience and a chat, either way I can’t see any staff in this store satisfying any type of customer satisfaction or visit. I’ve never even made a review of the store but I honestly left today feeling annoyed at such poor attitude and service.
