Horrible customer service. I am disabled and they made me wait two hours and a half just to get an order in.
The staffs were horrible and rude as well.

We called into Curry’s specifically to buy a Dyson cordless vacuum we couldn’t find the model we wanted on display so we enquired with Sandra and she tracked it down for us. She was very helpful and friendly.

Very bad experience. I like to be fair, but the experience was bad. I bought a refurbished laptop online to collect it on October 6th and I am a very busy person, and when I went to the branch to collect the product I found that it had been cancelled without even notifying me by email or text message and up until this moment I have not been informed of anything and I wasted my time and effort and I am paying for this nonsense. This is not a professional way to handle business at all and I do not recommend it at all.

Very disappointed with Currys and particularly the Royal Mail delivery service.

I ordered an air fryer because our oven has broken and we urgently needed it. Currys emailed to say Royal Mail had delivered it, complete with a photograph as “proof of delivery” — yet the photograph appears to show my parcel still sitting inside the Royal Mail van alongside other parcels!

We were home at the time, nobody came to our door and the parcel is nowhere to be found. I’ve searched around our property, knocked on neighbours’ doors and spent time making calls trying to find out what happened.

I’ve now raised a formal complaint with Currys. I also have a fridge and freezer on order, so understandably I’m now worried about those deliveries too.

I do want to say that the lady who helped us in the Currys store was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had actually intended to leave her a 5-star review, which makes it even more disappointing that the delivery experience has let the whole purchase down. She certainly wasn’t responsible for what happened.

A very stressful and frustrating experience. Royal Mail, what happened to my parcel? Currys, please get this resolved.

Currys are very lucky to have Eva as an employee. She had the patience to explain and arrange everything on my new mobile phone. If I was still in business Eva would be working for me.

I was buying a washing machine. The assistant was very informative and patient. I have an ongoing health issue that can hit at any time, I started an episode while in the store, the assistant was very kind and got me a chair, a glass of water, and a bin to be sick in. She was so kind.
