Don’t use the repair system!!!!
I have bought a digital camera from them they sold me a care plan with it. The man that was selling it said if I need to clean it I can pop in and it will be done on site.
When I came with the camera to clean the sensors they told me it has to be booked as a repair and it will take 2 weeks.
Now it’s past 2 weeks, I try to call them all the lines are automated no human contact, you going through loops of choosing the number, at some point I got to if you need further help please hold, which ends after second signal with the call begins disconnected, every single time.
This company is awful! Last time they have lost my ps4 controller and never actually returned it from the repair!!!
Tried to get it back for months, no record at the shop, nothing. Disgraceful!!!

Great service from Cesil and the manager, gave us great advice, sorted everything including changing broadband which I wanted, also made us aware of an offer we didn't know about, great shop, great team, thanks again

Very Poor Collect from Store Experience
No problem ordering the item I wanted online and the price was the same as other retailers. However, the collection from store experience was dreadful. After several minutes of waiting for a store assistant to arrive, and having been unable to see any member of staff, I went in search of help. The assistant I spoke with told me to just go and wait again. When someone did arrive she said she would have to get another member of staff to serve me, but then returned a few minutes later to serve me herself. The store was extremely quiet, I only saw one customer browsing, so staff were not over stretched. Very, very poor customer service.
