Staff were very helpful and I bought a Dyson vacuum at a reasonable price.

A very proficient sales person, Richa, made the process of purchase very smooth.

The gentleman who dealt with us was very knowledgeable, polite and appeared to genuinely enjoy dealing with us.

Following a telephone call asking if it was possible to deliver earlier than the allotted time slot which I agreed to. The 2 very pleasant gents arrived and removed the washing machine and installed the new one. The whole procedure was done with great care and consideration. An excellent service

Staff took a while before offering any assistance. Managers £15 discount turned out to be 2packs of batteries and a dryer ball! Attitude changed when I didn't want to take out insurance on the 2 appliances that I was purchasing even though they came with a warranty! On the other hand the delivery men were lovely nothing was too much trouble. Polite, efficient and friendly.

The delivery came on time and the two delivery guys were brilliant. Quick and efficient

Our in store experience was fine. We ordered a washing machine through the business centre as we are landlords. We asked for delivery, install & remove old machine.
The delivery men had not been briefed which I’m now told is a fault in communication from the business centre. They asked me to disconnect the old machine & they’d come back when I called. I had to drive home for plyers (a hour in rush hour traffic) the disconnect only took 10 minutes with the right tool. When I called the crew they blocked the call. Another crew had to come the next day and did the job within 20 minutes.
I have had a similar experience with a crew at another property about a year ago and again another crew came out next day to do the job.
I’m not pleased with the service as it requires me to attend the property twice & causes a good deal of frustration.

The curries person who served me was really helpful and gave a first rate service. I didn't get her name but she was a young lady with blond hair. Very professional.

Richa the sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. we knew which fridge freezer we wanted but her experience reassured us. She was not pushy but she explained how a 5 year warranty was worth it.

My wife bought a microwave from Currys at Silverlink. She looked for a trolley but of course they don’t have trolleys ! She went up to the first floor and carried the microwave down in the lift. There were lots of members of staff sat behind desks. The only person who came to help her was a female member of staff. The staff member offered to carry it to the car but of course she refused.
I just wonder what would have happened if she had dropped the microwave in the shop ? The service was horrendous apart from one female who was very helpful. Why do Currys not have trolleys ?

Great service! I was greeted as I went into the store and asked if I needed any help. I said yes. Within a minute the person who greeted me sent a salesperson to help me choose a new printer. He was very polite and talked me though some features and suggested insurance which effectively meant my printer was guaranteed to last for three years or be replaced. My visit was quick and I’m very pleased with my new printer.

Good price, click and collect was very easy. Staff were friendly.

Amc was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. When we explained that we were just looking, he gave us the space to browse without any pressure, while still being available whenever we needed advice.

He went above and beyond to help us make informed decisions on all the products we were looking for, including a cooker, laptop, printer and TV. His knowledge, patience and customer service made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

We ended up purchasing everything we needed apart from the TV, which we plan to return for at a later date. When we do, we will definitely be looking for Amc again to receive the same excellent service.

A real credit to the store — highly recommended!
