All went as planned. Delivery guys were brilliant, taking the goods exactly where I wanted it. Great experience.

A bit to complicated to order online through the currys finance system creation. Afterwards ok was great , all went through delivery was quick , and Pick up was easy

Easy process whilst ordering. Staff helpful. Delivered on time and appliance set up and old appliance removed with minimum of fuss. Delivery men most helpful

Rude staff member

Questioned why they were selling cordless hoovers when they didn't have the batteries and extra bits with it was told by a very very rude vile women we've lost the accessories asked her could she call cardiff to see if they had one in stock was told no we are not allowed then contradicts herself as said I called this morning they cant be bothered to answer the phone so no im.not then as I walked away she said something I questioned what she said and was told get out and dont bother coming back older woman with glasses shortish never in my life have I been spoken to like that and I will never step foot in that shop again and it's not the first time I heard her speak to people like that

Good INSTORE experience but ….from the care plan team frustrating

In store customer service was excellent,jack talked us through the washing machine purchase and was very informative. The delivery boys were also excellent , happy and polite .However, the experience with the repair team members ( I eventually got a replacement after grey smoke came from my original washing machine under the care plan ) very rude and patronising.wouldn’t listen to concerns regarding the safety of the washing machine and repeatedly wanted someone to repair the appliance. First engineer was convinced the smoke was a “ towel stuck” in the drum and although we were concerned of fire risk from the machine ,second engineer was very concerned and said a drum,motor and other parts will be ordered,but would be more likely to report right off .the whole process of 7 days day’s replacement promise took one month .so, this was also difficult not having a washing machine for a month .please train your care plan team to listen first,not speak loudly at frustrated customers and most of all do the sighing gesture as the conversation went on .Jack at curry’s Newport you were an asset to the store and kept us going elsewhere.

Excellent delivery service and they…

Excellent delivery service and they arrived at the time they quoted. Both machines were installed and checked to see that they were working as they should. The staff were friendly and very professional. I was delighted with both my purchases and the efficiency of the staff. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly
recommend this company for their
first class service and I will certainly use them again in the future. A very happy experience.
