On Sunday we went to lower Morden Currys ,
where we spoke with a member of staff _Mathew who listened to what we was looking for and went off to
show us what different types of lap tops they had for what we needed it for .
He was helpful and offered us a few options .
and gave us the time we needed to decided which one to buy.He also checked stock and was very efficient with the sale of the product.

Very prompt and knowledgable
tech immediately recognised why my computer was misbehaving and identified and deleted the rogue programme which had installed itself and had been plaguing me with pop-ups warning of dire things that were supposedly about to happen.

My service by the staff was very good. They were polite helpful and able to answer questions well. They did not try to force items on to use and could explain in plain English any issue I was unsure of.
I purchased a lap top plus a number of other items, My only complaint is that when I got home I found y could not use the laptop with out charging the machine, this I could not do as I did not have a charger. I had to return to Currys to purchase the necessary pieces of equipment . Why was I not informed I would need the item. This was my only complaint about my shopping for 2 hours on Saturday
