My experience with Curry's was…
My experience with Curry's was productive from the sales person on 19/10/26 who was extremely helpful in explaining the functions of three items I enquired about, he was able to advise on the items which suited my needs.
On 23/10/26 Delivery and installation of the washing machine was carried out efficiently and the installer was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Based on my experience I would recommend Curry's to anyone.

Great things happen in Curries
Great things happen in Curries. You are welcomed into the store then left to browse the many lines of washers dryers fridge freezers cookers and other electronic gadgets. I was looking for a fridge freezer to replace my current one. I had specific lists of must haves as it was going on a boat and subject to cold weather. The sales rep was straight onto what I needed and interested in the facts of it going on a boat. He ensured the one I needed and confirmed the colour and then went through the delivery options. When I was paying in vouchers he also checked first if I could use multiple vouchers.

Had to wait 10 minutes for an assistant to come to our aid. Not enough staff available to deal with the influx of customers as that time.

Rubbish service
order was due for collection Monday 28th Sept. still not ready by Wednesday 30th. Went on line - after 30 minutes of repeating information and getting nowhere, was told - we'll email in 24 hours. I said not acceptable - cancel order. Advisor said they couldn't do that. Eventually found the process for cancelling order. Now being asked to phone you to 'discuss further'. Have tried three times. Can't get through to anyone. You are also saying it can take two weeks to process refund. WHY? Today's banking systems make it possible to take payment immediately - so you should refund with same speed.
