Gentleman who served us was polite knowledgeable and not at all pushy (big plus for us). Only real criticism would be paying twice for delivery and installation of equipment to same address on same day and time

TV purchase…
We visited at 9am so not many staff around. We had a good idea of the model we wanted and staff member gave us info. Also when paying the price was more than shown on the model so staff member had to get supervisor to deal with this. We paid the price shown on the tv in the shop, so satisfied.

It's like they don't actually want to sell anything. No staff.
Despite trying to get the attention of staff after selecting the Dyson I wished to purchase I eventually managed to attract a member of staff. Great I thought! However he then informed me I'd be placed in a queue to be served. I had to wait the best part of 10 minutes with my children who were understandably upset and confused about why we were standing in the middle of Curry's aimlessly. Eventually I was brought my machine and completed the sale at the desk.
