Collection was very easy and helpful, staff was very helpful and bring the item as soon as they communicated on the radio.

Bought tv and was damaged when delivered. Curry saw my earlier review and fixed the issue. Staff at curry’s Leicester was not helpful initially but the customer support online and one of the staff member in curry’s Leicester really helped my wife. Thanks To Adrian at Leicester curry’s branch for helping us.

Very good staff connected our new cooker and fridge freezer but they left a pipe were you connecte the cooker up behind so left it to one side in case the come back

Took some headphones to the store `I bought them from in Leicester for repair. The man who took them in lied on the form. I told him repeatedly the fault was intermittent but when trying to chase the repair I spotted he put it wasn’t intermittent so if I ever get my headphones back they are unlikely to be repaired. He said my headphones were in poor condition which was completely untrue. They had a few marks that I could have easily have wiped away if he had mentioned it other than that the condition was in my opinion very good. He gave me a slip of paper with an Eclipse reference number so I could chase the repair. Since Thursday I have spent hours on the phone trying to find out where my headphones are and if they have been repaired using the telephone tech support. The Eclipse number is not able to be tracked in any system and nobody on the phone was able to advise what was happening. I was told the only way to find out was to visit the store as they use a different system apparently. I am disabled and it is a 50 mile round trip to do just to try and find out what is happening. I asked why in 2026 they could not contact the store or allow me to contact the store. They finally agreed to send an email and told me I would hear back in 48 hours. Two days later and nothing. I have always thought Curry’s good but have never had a problem. Their repair systems are shockingly bad and WHY give me a reference number that means nothing. I will NEVER trust Curry’s again and hope that my headphones surface from the black hole of the repair systems. I also advise people to check any comments that the store advisor make when handing over things as they lie. They are superb at selling and very happy to take your money but don’t care when things go wrong.

All went very well and the trainee member of staff was excellent.

UPDATE – Extremely disappointing customer service and no resolution

I am updating my original review because the situation has become even more frustrating.

My fridge was delivered damaged on 27/08/2026, and I reported the damage approximately two hours after delivery.

I was given case reference V2608-006-324. On 29/08/2026, a Currys Webchat agent, Adarsh Kumar, confirmed in writing that my case was open and active and that a priority callback had been raised with the Leicester store. I was specifically told that the store would contact me within 24–48 working hours to arrange home collection of the damaged fridge and a replacement.

That promised contact never happened.

I have since contacted Currys repeatedly by telephone and Webchat. Instead of resolving the issue, I have repeatedly been told to contact the store or visit the store myself. Today, another Webchat agent again told me that they could not access my case and that I should visit the store.

This is a large damaged fridge that was delivered to my home. I should not be expected to transport it myself or keep contacting different departments because Currys' internal teams cannot communicate with each other.

I have now experienced days of unnecessary waiting, repeated contact, wasted time, inconvenience and considerable stress, yet I still have no collection date and no replacement date.

I have kept the photographs, messages, case references and Webchat transcripts as evidence, including written confirmation from Currys regarding the promised callback, home collection and replacement.

I have also raised this matter directly with Currys Social Customer Service under reference CUR82236.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and the lack of ownership shown by Currys. I hope Currys takes this complaint seriously and improves the way damaged-product cases are handled, so other customers do not experience the same frustration.

If this matter is not resolved, I will consider pursuing the appropriate formal consumer complaint and dispute-resolution channels and any other remedies available to me.

I purchased a 3 year McAfee package in October with a Samsung Laptop.
I have had really poor health since purchasing and was unable to go back to the store.
I got 1 month free protection then I kept getting alerts saving my subscription had ran out.
I have only been well enough this last 2 weeks to get out of the house to go back to Curry's asking why I was not protected.
I paid them to transfer all my data from old laptop and to install the McAfee. They did install it but I was never logged on to it. I was unaware I needed to do that. Currys also downloaded all 3 yearly subscriptions to run in the same year.
The manager will not correct this although it was their error. They have just cancelled 2 of the 3 subscriptions and given me the remaining time so insted of 3 years I have 263 days for a cost of £265.
Absolutely disgusted.
Currys argument is I should have complained earlier. I did call the store but they said i would need to take the laptop in which i was physically unable to do.
Not happy at all.

Ordered a washing machine online & went to fetch it. Walked into the Collection Point & was 2nd in que. When it was my time to be served the member of staff looked directly at me & walked away. I asked another member of staff on the shop floor if it was common practice to ignore customers ? And sorted out my collection. Mr Norris order CUR2680604363
