Friendly and helpful
Friendly and helpful, which are not the same, two people taking time with me, one in choosing the product, one in sale and delivery. Product arrived on time, 24 hour notification of approximate time, half hours notice of accurate time. Delivery guys were also friendly and helpful, just like the showroom staff. Bought half a dozen household appliances from them in the past year, all went well.
