Excellent Service For An Outstanding Staff
Dear Store Manager,
I am writing to compliment a young member of your staff (Gulveen) at Hayes Currys store who assisted me on Wednesday 21/10/2026.
I came in to select a PlayStation 5 package as a birthday gift for my 13-year-old son. He was outstanding — very friendly, patient, culturally understanding, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to advise me on the best deal and what he believed would be most suitable for my son.
Because of his excellent advice and customer service, I had a really great experience at Hayes Currys store. He is a credit to your team and deserves to be recognised.

Ordered online excellent quick and easy. Got in to store (Hayes) had to wait in a long queue. No enough staff on tills only one! They were having to collect items out in the warehouse out the back what took even longer. There was Staff on repairs next to sales and collections just standing around. Makes no sense. Que grew longer i had to ask for some one to call for more staff. Then they couldn't find my order!!! Ther was two fans the same as my order on display would not let me take those ones.. All together I spent 35 minutes what was not good as im disabled and my back and legs were killing me..my order was collection of two fans!!!!

I ordered samsung z fold 8 ultra and it's out of stock that day. Today i went in curry store for collection. We went at customer service counter for the confirmation of my order there was one one lady and she was talking in too much attitude and behaviour was very bad and secondly my order was not ready for collection.

I had a great experience at the store. I visited to book a phone, and the staff member who assisted me was extremely helpful and professional. I believe his name was Amit, although I’m not entirely sure. He treated me with respect and kindness, patiently explained the entire installment process, and made everything easy to understand. His customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated his friendly and supportive attitude. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Agent wasn’t interested at all
Agent wasn’t interested at all. Was just talking about the product I wasn’t interested in it . Rather than listening to me what product I wasn’t interested after and what my budget was . Seemed like he wanted to get his bonus after selling me £1500 product the device for my 11 years old home work .

I had walked into Currys expecting the usual routine—a routine pickup for my Samsung Galaxy A57. Instead, I walked out completely blown away.
I was assisted by Ravina, and to call her helpful would be a massive understatement. She handled everything with a level of care, sharp efficiency, and genuine warmth that instantly set a new benchmark. In my 44 years, I have never experienced customer service anywhere near this exceptional.
Ravina isn’t just great at her job; she is a absolute masterclass in customer experience. If Currys wants to know the secret to their future success, they don't need to look any further than her.

I had a great experience with Varinder at Currys Hayes. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. He took the time to compare the washing machines I was looking for and clearly explained the differences between them. He also answered all of my questions efficiently and made the whole process easy and straightforward.
