The delivery of the product was smooth
The delivery of the product was smooth, however after my purchase in store I needed removal of my existing item andinstallation of the NeFF Microwave/oven. I waited at home all day yesterday 24.08.2926 and I am still waiting for tge installation dept to call for tge fitting.
The installation was booked in store I had to go to tge store this morning 25.8.26 to find out when tge installation will be, being told, it will hapoen today you will get a phone call. So no allocated slot has been provided. Completely unexcetable.
I purchased my product in tge Hanworth Middlesex Currys store.

Only went in for a replacement tv
Only went in for a replacement tv. Had to wait ages for a colleague to be available without any acknowledgment from anyone. Finally a lovely lady came over her name was Lina. Super helpful and very friendly.

Good customer service.
I had to replace my laptop urgently and I went to the Currys PC World in Hanworth. I advised the staff that I needed to buy a laptop but needed it to be set up for me, as a septuagenarian my generation are not known for their technical knowledge. At first I was told I would need to come back another day for that as on a Sunday there was no-one able to do that (hence the 4* rating). Eventually a young assistant named Rash helped me and I was able to buy the laptop and he set it up for me. He was very helpful and gave very good customer service. He deserves a 5*rating.
