Currys - East Kilbride Anmeldelser 

I bought my TV online so no problems there except on my part, I'm no good on the app so it timed out twice but I got it on the third try lol. The next day I had a call from a man telling me how everything would happen when it was coming, he was really nice and asked me if he could help me with anything else. I had taken out the monthly insurance but wished I had taken the 5yrs. I didn't think to ask him if I could change it so I phoned back and got a lovely girl who changed it over for me, she was so patient with me especially when I had to go back into the app. That night I got a text with a time frame on it which I was happy with because it meant I didn't need to get up at 7am. The two men brought it at about 1.30 and they also were really nice. I've been buying from Currys/PCWorld from 1998 and never had a problem so I'll always go to them when I need something new.

I was assisted by an AMAZING member of staff called Laura, She was very understanding and helped me pick out a Laptop and Printer. She also picked out generous deals that saved me a good amount of money.

Staff member made things very easy from start to finish. Happy all round.

Experience in the store was excellent the person we dealt with, Nathan was very helpful and friendly when we were there to purchase a fridge freezer and arranged delivery very quickly for the following Wednesday and also the two delivery guys who brought the appliance were great, efficient and friendly would definitely visit the store again and will be recommending to family and friends

Have always found Currys good in the past however this time very poor. Have twice returned our bean to cup machine as it no longer gives a good strong coffee and we have an on going insurance policy with it. It is returned to us no better. I suspect the grinder is no longer fit for purpose,but they don't seem willing to address the issue.

Went into the East Kilbride Store to buy a few things for the new house and we started with a washing machine. Stood for ages despite repeatedly pressing the button for assistance. Heard another customer ask a ginger haired lad for assistance to be told he is new, doesn't have a log in and couldn't check stock! The customer said to him he was 65 when he came in and he's 67 now. We laughed, but over 10 minutes later still no service. Daughter in law saw a girl walking past and asked he if we could buy a washing machine. I'll get someone for you. Still no-one came. Lots of store staff walking about in pairs? Then the final straw was a guy walking past with a second staff member with him and we asked him. I'm with a customer he said and we told him we had been waiting for 20 minutes and he said if you don't want to wait that's fine. We walked out and went home and we have just spent £2,138 with AO. Typically you won't deal with this, but we started videoing when it was getting ridiculous and I'm going to post it everywhere on every platform.
We will NEVER be back.

now had a reply from Currys. clearly a cut and paste job. They haven't read the fact I have bought everything from AO and its ALL delivered yesterday.

Really good choice and easy to order and pick up.

Went on line ordered the hob. Received confirmation that it was in stock só drove round and picked it up . All in all within 2 he’s. Fantastic service .

my washing machine broke down typical just before schools started back so i was stressed and went to currys eastkilbride to get a new one and spoke to jacob in the store he not only sorted me out with a new washing machine but i got a bigger drum for half the price.
