The first person we spoke to regarding buying tv was not very helpful at all,didn't really seem bothered tried to show us larger tv's which was not what we wanted.
Having choose a smaller tv we went to the checkout and another member of staff completely different very happy and helpful .
Not the first time being pushed to buy something not needed,are they on commission ?

The product came on time and I am happy with service we got at the store and technician did a good assembly at home. Thank you .

I made several visits to the store to look at and get advice on pairing the best TV with a PS5 Pro. I initially spoke with Pascal who gave great advice on specification and when the best offers would be available in my timescale. I went in again to make a shortlist and was served by Husnain as Pascal was helping another customer. Husnain reassured that the choice was the best and I was happy to make the purchase a week earlier than anticipated to ensure availability of the products. I went in the last time to change the sound bar as I'd decided to spend a little more and dispense with rear speakers that I had originally ordered as it would suit me better. This time Phil helped me and changed the order easily and I just paid the difference as expected. Phil also reminded me of the extended warranty options. I was very happy with every interaction and have spend overall £3209 painlessly. Well done to the guys at Meteor Centre, Derby, I'll be seeing you again.

Collection of online order all went well

I am livid. A £400 coffee machine lasted 9 month before it broke. We had paid for extra care cover. We were misinformed about immediate replacement, so surprised when they said we had to wait for a repair. We were told it would be 7 days.

18 days and 3 visits to store later we were told it was written off as over time limit. No communications from anyone, hence the visits.

They said they would not replace item until manufacturer engineer got back to me, but said I would get store credit. As no end in sight I reasoned with manager I could use credit to buy a new air fryer (as that had broken too!). He agreed. So I bought a £600 machine with cover.

Now they have said the original machine will be repaired (no store vouchers), so I'll end up with an expensive machine I don't need.

Because the store has not fixed a technical issue, there is an alarm in the store constantly going off; as a result the 3 visits were tough because we had to find a sitter for our autistic daughter. The lack of communication could have saved 3 trips and nearly 8 hours of our time!

The front desk was rude, and I had to ask the rep not to raise her voice at me simply for asking for a refund (which was refused outright despite my statutory rights under the consumer credit act)

She dumped me on to the 'manager' (his jacket said 'host'), who wouldn't look me in the eye, was not interested, and didn't answer my questions for the most part. The ones he did answer were wrong. Also, shrugging indifferently is not an answer.

I am no 'Karen' and was polite and reasonable. I don't know what I've done to be treated like this; especially considering the 100s of thousands of pounds spent at Curry's in the last 40 years.

I am curious why Curry's believes it can get away with store credit despite what the consumer act clearly say.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Poor experience from start to finish in two stores as well as online, from having issues with recycling old electronics to then trying to order a phone which wasn't in stock so would take 2 days, unless you want to price match, then because "its a different system" it will now take 7-10 days, then after choosing a different model I wasn't allowed to use the recycling voucher (after being assured that other than inks there are no limitations) because I've price matched. Before going to the second store I tried to price match online but gave up after being on a chat for 45 minutes whilst the agent did nothing other than ask me the same question.

If I didn't need the phone there and then I wouldn't choose to buy from PC world.

Both members of staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Lots of tech to choose from and there is plenty of parking too.

Customer service was great, had to wait ages while for someone to serve us but once he came he was amazing, 110%, definitely would shop there again, thanks Curry's 😊

Best online price at the time. Although the nearest store with stock at that time was 2 hours away, it was secured for click & collect. Given that it was a special gift to someone, it was worth the travelling. Friendly helpful staff, and easy online purchase.

Helpful staff , understood what i wanted and selected the correct part. Shame his tablet would not complete the transaction and we had to go to a fixed terminal. As a computer supplier, one expects the store to have excellent IT systems.

As usual product ready on time and at good price

Easy to order. Delivery was done efficiently. The fellas who delivered were friendly, courteous and respectful of the property. Installation was quick.

The lady who helped me was really helpful, really lovely and empathetic.
