Currys - Cribbs Causeway Anmeldelser 

I purchased this camera as a wedding present for my friend. The box is all battered and has marks all over it. Feels like for a £100 product the packaging should be a bit more presentable / protected during transit in another cardboard box if this is how they end up. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't a gift but it looks like a second hand product at this point.

Had what we wanted, quick service.

Brilliant - saw the product online, easy to order and was able to collect the next day.

We went to Curry’s at Cribbs Causeway to find a laptop. Served by a young employee, Nathan, who was fantastic. He was able to support our search, was polite, professional and spent a long time answering questions. The range of products on offer is good, but it’s the service from staff that sets Curry’s apart.

I had such a helpful girl. She sorted my two new items out very quickly and efficiently.

I dropped off my Printer ( still in warranty) for a repair - staff in store on Sunday 30th August ( Cribbs Bristol ) very helpful but since then had zero communication / updates by phone or email. You have to call a call centre in South Africa - and after you have circumvented the bot - you can speak to a human, very polite, but unable to give any updates and they can also not contact the store directly ( need to send an internal email ) also the systems the stores use for servicing seem not to be connected to the systems in the call centre as I was asked to repeat all of the info already provided and printed out on the service docket I received after dropping off the printer. HIGHLY frustrating as printer is vital for my work ( self employed) if anyone from Curry's actually reads these reviews docket number is 107976

Re response from Currys below still not had an update. 03.09.26

Still zero response from Curry's two mails now sent to address below with all information requsted.
Two calls to their call centre and no one is able to give me a status update on my printer. No one can say where it is ? Has it been examined to identify the fault, is it repairable or not ? What the status is on a replacement given it is still in warranty ?
Seems like responses like the one below are simply a PR stunt to give the impression they "care" and respond to complaints. Truth is the don't care and don't respond

machine arrived broken had to be returned it means we will be with out a washing machcine for 3 to 4 days driver and his mate very helpfull

I've had the gas hob for about three weeks and so far I'm very happy with the purchase. I think it would be good if the indicator on the switch could be white instead of black as sometimes it is difficult to check where it is lined up with the numbers which are white! When the first one was fitted it didn't work and I had to wait for two days for the replacement. Fortunately this time it worked and I would like to nominate the fitter Aaron for his hard work in correcting the problem with the previous fitting as Employee of the Month if Curry's that sort of thing. Thanks Aaron.

I had looked online previously regarding the Samsung tablets you sell. Once in store and we had looked further at them, we waited for a member of staff to help. One young man came along. I asked was he free, he said he would be with us in a couple of minutes. When he returned, he then served a couple who had not been waiting as long as us. My husband went over to a group of staff to ask if anyone could help, presume they were having a group meeting, so had to wait even longer again. Eventually a young girl came across and served us who was very pleasant. However we were almost at the point of walking out, where we had to wait such a long time. Not great customer service unfortunately!

Wouldn't exactly say it was great, first printer was faulty and after 1.5 hours on phone to Hewlett Packard they said return it to retailer

Richard the salesman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and polite. Next day delivery was brilliant.
