Ask for technical advice if you are unsure.

On this occasion we received excellent help and advice. We brought back a printer that we had bought recently - it didn't do what we had asked for. We had been mis-sold. We paid the difference for an upgrade and are delighted with it. Thank you for the Man ....whose name i have forgotten - sorry.

The Currys' assistant was excellent

The Currys' assistant, Susan was so very helpful and personable, nothing was too much for her and she answered our questions regarding the washing machine we were purchasing in a very professionable manner.
We would certainly use Currys again for any device we would require.

How i received exceptionally good service buying a printer

I was greeted with a smile by Rupel and was asked if I wanted any help and was politely given an apology that it would be at least 15 minutes before I could get an assistant to help me as they were shortstaffed. I was not just looking I needed help and advice so waited. I am disabled and also needed somewhere to sit and was directed to a seating area. Rupel who served me was thorough, polite and knowledgeable sorting out what I needed. Other staff acknowledged me too although they were busy with other customers themselves. I was offered water as they could see I was in pain. After the sales transaction of a printer and the sale of a 3 year warranty Rupel carried my printer to my car. I have to add that the staffing numbers were abysmal and would be customers were walking out as they could not get served, some were rude to the staff due to this, which they should not be expected to tolerate, it was not the fault of the staff, but they could only serve one customer at a time, Curry’s lost a lot of sales that day!! My service from Rupel was exceptionally good in every way.

The lady that served me took the time…

The lady that served me took the time and trouble to explain the various options open to me, to help me to decide which lap top would best suit my needs. She was very efficient and professional, I didn't feel at all rushed or made to pay for something that was more expensive. Thanks
