Delivery drivers

The purchase in store at Currys was…
The purchase in store at Currys was very good. The installation was not. My husband was asked to get under the counter top to try to turn off the water as the delivery man could not do it. My husband then had to go out to the street to turn the water off - all of this was why we paid for installation. Also, the plastic covering was left on the dishwasher and we had to drag it out to take it off. However when we complained in store we were given a refund of the installation costs which helped us to feel better.

I asked the customer adviser several…
I asked the customer adviser several times when I purchased a new double oven that my old appliance would be taken away and recycled and was assured that this would be done along with delivery and installation
It was only when I queried this and spoke to the main front desk staff that I found it was not and the situation was resolved by the branch manager.

Plenty of good knowledgable staff.
There was a big selection of TVs and Brian, the sales exec allocated to me, knew his subject and the sales process was very simple and uncomplicated. I was not pressured into buying extras that were not necessary especially since I am 87 years old and not up to date with modern technology.

Buying a washing machine
I was helped choosing the washing machine. I was able to choose a convenient time for delivery and installation which was prompt and efficient.

Pick up from store
Received notification the product was ready to collect at the store. Arrived to find clear signage to the correct desk and within a few moments was dealt with by an associate. Great service.

Very helpful staff and delivery…
The shop assistant was very helpful throughout my purchase of washing machine. Delivery was arranged for within 3 days. The delivery men arrived on time, fitted the machine and removed the old machine. They were very polite, professional and tidy.
