I was served by a very rude and obnoxious man called jak at currys chesterfield
As soon as i said i didnt want a more expensive tv and the protection he was so rude and i was ready for walking out
My wife complained to the store Manager whi said he would talk to him
My curry shopping is done in future
Im on a limited budget being retired and i couldnt afford to have the expensive option or the insurance protection the £349 i spent has set me back now on my monthly budget
Had a reply from currys and thank them for doing nothing
Very poor response
Not changed my mind will never use currys again

Good advice about buying a TV.
It was good to be given advice about buying a new TV after many years from a last purchase and technology has changed a lot since then.
The purchase of TV and sound bar has worked well.
After purchase of TV realised that we could have got a lower price elsewhere but we wouldn't have got the background information about buying a TV.

Attitude on staff was digusting pushed into the sale and not listening to what I wanted very indimdenting and rude don’t want to help you at all I wouldn’t go back there at all they don’t explain the warranty and just brush you off as soon as payment is made

Very helpful assistant
We arrived with long list of things we needed for our upcoming house move. Chris (57 Christopher) who served us was super helpful and guided us around the store as we decided what we wanted. He offered good advice but in no way pressured us and made delivery arrangements suitable to our needs. Very impressed!
