My purchase was Click and Collect. It was not at the collection point and pleasantly apologetic staff took 15 minutes to find it.

Purchased a birthday present on the 8/10/26, next day delivery in-store.

The delivery kept being delayed arriving 3 days late. However the product was not correct on arrival and instead of a DJ set for my daughter's 16th birthday the product arrived is incorrectly a Ninja kettle.
We are told a 2week investigation has to happen now, and really this should be managed on the company time and not mine. A refund/compensation for numerous calls to offshore call centre and inconvenience should be reasonably immediate.

I work in an organisation with 5000 staff, I'm pretty sure I won't be recommending they purchase from Currys if they should ask me.

Currys Charlton in-store staff as helpful as they could be, highlighting a store nearby had 6 units of the product but I am not allowed to swap over.

Please refund and collect the kettle.

Great helpful experienced Samsung salesman helped me decide which American Fridge Freezer to buy.

The service was top notch, i see patience and care when a staff is attending to customers. Staffs take time to explain the quality of items and documentation is good.

The young man who promptly answered the notification to come upstairs to help was patient, knowledgable and listened to my specific requirements. The product at his suggestion has proved perfect for my needs and I am pleased with the result. It wasn't the most expensive purchase but I was treated with respect.

No hassle ordering online. Good communication and updates. Instore service was excellent with the service colleague taking the trouble to help get an awkward item into my car for me. Absolutely nothing to find fault with

The tech sales assistant who helped me choose a 24' TV & a Wall bracket, was very helpful and informative. Because thay was not in stock He also arranged for my chosen purchase to be delivered to my home.
Unfortunately I had to return the Wall bracket to the store because it was not suitable for my requirements. And required a Refund.
The Store Manager, was also very helpful BUT he COULDN'T process a Refund for me
BECAUSE THE STORES SYSTEM can't process an INTERNET bundle purchse. ( 2 items).
I pointed out to the manager as far has I'm concerned I purchased it IN THE STORE.
He did understand my frustration with the situation.
And got a Helpful Tech Assistant, MIKE to help me on the phone with the Internet dept to falsilitate my refund.

My online purchase was delivered earlier than expected from the warehouse which was a pleasant surprice. The local store staff were nice and helpful on collection. I am very pleased with the quality of the item.

I have to admit the customer care once crashing through the queue was extremely excellent, and my first pair of AirPods Max were faulty when taking them back there was no quibble these were refunded optional replacement if wanted! Amazing service
