Poor service I had to contact curry's…
Poor service I had to contact curry's potal chat room regarding receiving confirmation for collection from store it was apx 3 hrs before I got confirmation to collect my item even then the confirmation came from chat room not email or tex when I arrived at Burnley store I was stood waiting apx 20 min even through there was 4/5 assistant s stood talking to each othere chit chatting on the shop floor before a assistant ask if there could help me it took the shop assistant less then 5 min to get and give me my item . I ordered my item at 10.00 am BUT it took over 4 hrs for to get my item I had to have a extended lunch break and work late to make my hrs up Beacause of the way I was treated by curry's. You can check your Burnley store cctv which will show your shop assistants ignoring customers instead chit chatting to each other at apx 14.00 hrs ..

Took her 20 mins to put my item through the till She kept saying it’s not gone through Really bad Then trying to set a DD up which wasn’t even needed Then kept swapping tills instead of asking someone to help her

Lost mobile tracked and located by Ryan
After losing my mobile phone I went into the Curry's Burnley store. Ryan on the technical desk was extremely helpful and managed to track the phone's whereabouts online. He seemed genuinely happy for me that it had been found and I am very grateful. Such a pleasant and polite young man, he is a credit to the Curry's team.

Staff at Currys were very helpful as we chose our purchase. Delivery was super quick and the delivery men were efficient and friendly.

Bought a Hiscense £1600 fridge…
Bought a Hiscense £1600 fridge /freezer, reported a fault at 3wks old-
fridge didn't cool. Curry's says can get a replacement if under 4wks old, not given that option. You go round in circles on the phone, you cannot speak to anyone at curry's and the message system cannot answer you. They will only put you through to factory's helpline, who will not replace, they said thats Curry's offer. 2 engineers now been over a further 3wk period, still has same fault, now saying 3rd engineer cannot come for another week and still not offered a replacement. Worst service ever! .... and they said I cannot claim for £250 worth of gone off food, that I have the receipt for.
