Simple order messed up.
Ordered watch on Monday, said it was in stock, told Wednesday collection, 3 days for a watch??
Spoke to curry’s on phone, was told they had it in stock. Went to collect, they didn’t have it in stock.told Wednesday for sure. Received email to say ready Tuesday morning. Collected Tuesday pm, was given wrong watch, different colour/size. 3rd trip in 3 days to take wrong one back. Received open package as mine had been given out to wrong person and returned. No actual apology, no thought of recompense for 3 wasted journeys. Spent far too much time standing around at the till waiting to be served. Won’t use this branch again unless desperate.

Good information given at the store when I asked about efficiency ratings and costs etc if various machines so I could compare. Delivery people were really professional and courteous when taking the old appliance and took care in my home - Ryan Tuer was great - really helpful fitting it in and showing my features etc

Brilliant Currys.
As usual when I need a piece of tech I go to Currys as they always have a good selection to choose from. Also I know that I will get the help I need. At 82 I am not the most savvy with regard to modern technology.
This time I needed a new ink jet printer. As usual I checked on line regarding which printers Currys stock. The two I fancied were on offer so I headed down to Currys Middlebrook. Both printers were in stock. Help was at hand to help me choose. I chose the white one.
I loved the printer but the power cable seemed a bit loose so I returned the printer to Currys . So easy just to return it to the shop. Again excellent patient service . This time from Sinead. I received a replacement printer. Both times an assistant carried the printer to my car for me.
I cannot praise Currys enough . As a widow I have had to replace most of my electricals and Currys have been excellent for me. Excellent products. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.
