Everyone in the company was extremely nice and friendly. The fitters who installed the windows were very friendly and helpful. The windows and door was very good quality.

I had all my windows fitted along with an overhaul of an existing conservatory. Great service from the planning through to the fitting. Everything on schedule. Extremely clean and tidy throughout the fit. Highly recommend.

Very happy with door and window. Friendly and efficient fitter, who arrived on time and set straight to work.

My home has been completely transformed by Crown. From initial point of contact to installation, Crown can’t be faulted. They were recommended to me and I would equally recommend them. Thank you to all the team, especially my fitters Darren and Jack! Very happy!

We cannot express enough our gratitude to Crown.
They made a dream come true.
Always so professional, reliable and available.
Always ready to answer any queries.
They listened to us step by step. They accommodated any requests from us.
We had a couple of misunderstandings but they were resolved quickly and always according to our wish and super professionally!

The final price was honoured and the same as the initial quote.

Crown did a stunning job. So careful to the details.
You can see they take proud in their work and they just want to see you happy.
Well, we are beyond happy!

I have already recommended Crown to all the people I know that have in mind to do some work in the house.

Being healthcare professionals we are not within the building industry. We don't know who to trust and who not to trust.
We saw our neighbours experiences with other companies, and we know that there are so many cowboys out there that the idea of starting a project of this magnitude, was a bit scary for us.

We did not know Crown. We based our choice on the Trustpilot rw and we can confirm they are beyond 5 stars.

Thank you Dave and all the Team.
Trust, detail, fairness and professionalism.
You have been beyond expectations.

Had crown replace all my windows and doors on 3 bed house including 2 half bay windows faultless experience from start to finish.
Fitters worked quickly and efficiently throughout the whole installation with minimal mess and disruption and cleaning all windows and doors after installation.
The finished insulation far exceeded my expectations .
On my experience would recommend crown windows.

I was very happy with their service from start to finish.

The information provided by Nathan about the windows and their features was very good and also how he showed us around the showroom to understand them better. Although it's always disruptive to your routine to have workmen in your house, the installation crew really caused minimal disruption and left the house in a good condition. Very happy with the workmanship and the finish. We thought we got a really good price also.

Would definitely recommend.

From the first meeting we were given great advice on what would suit our property best. We had a complete refit of all windows and doors, which were fitted by a great team of Phil and Sam, and they did a great job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone, staff and fitters were extremely helpful and pleasant ,our house was left looking wonderful and they really cleaned up after themselves. Thanks everyone
