Ærgerlig oplevelse
Jeg aflagde den 30. december 2025, dvs. 3 uger siden, en ordre på nogle piercinger. Den 5. januar 2026 skriver de, at de har afsendt ordren fra deres fabrik - og at den ER afhentet af fragtselskabet. Det var 16 dage siden! De har samme dag også sendt en mail, hvor der står, at jeg ikke kan få lov til at spore min pakke?! Har siden den 5. januar 2026 (16 dage siden) ikke hørt mere fra dem og ej heller fra det såkaldte fragtselskab. Fup og fusk, at jeg ikke engang kan få lov til at spore MIN pakke - har ikke engang fået sendt et sporingslink eller andet info!
Opdatering: Jeg har været i kontakt med dem efter min anmeldelse om dem på trustpilot. De siger de vil finde en god løsning for mig. Men det eneste han skrev til mig på mail var "du bliver nødt til at vente længere" øh? Jeres politik siger, at leveringen fra flyttefirmaet tager mellem 4-7 dage og jeg har nu ventet i 17 dage (fra den 5. januar hvor mine piercinger blev leveret til flyttefirmaet til nu den 22. januar = ingen pakke). Der er nu start gået en måned siden jeg bestilte mine piercinger den 30. december 2025. Og så beder de mig saftsuseme om at rette mine stjerner i min anmeldelse og give dem flere? Hvad bilder I jer seriøst ind?
I dag den 26. januar har jeg stadig ikke hørt noget eller set noget til min pakke. Ingen track & trace, ingen opdatering, ingen mail, ingen pakke. Crazy factory tager det ikke seriøst og beder mig blot om at vente. En hel måned har jeg ventet. Det sgu ikke i orden...
Den 26. januar om eftermiddagen modtog jeg mine fine piercinger i postkassen. Det er en pålidelig hjemmeside, bare ærgerligt leveringen kan tage en hel måned.

Super dårlig oplevelse
Super dårlig oplevelse. Bestilte min pakke d. 22 december 2025 og har stadigvæk ikke modtaget noget.
Pengene blev trukket fra min konto d. 24 december hvor de også skrev en mail om at den blev sendt afsted.
Har skrevet til dem omkring 4-5 gange om hvor min pakke er, og det er samme undskyldning fra dem hver gang om at de har nogle problemer med posthuset og jeg bare skal være tålmodig. De lover 4-7 dages levering og holder ikke hvad de lover. Også mærkeligt der ikke er noget telefonnummer til dem så man kan ringe i stedet for at skrive. Kan også se via anmeldelserne at andre også har ventet langt over 1 måned før de har modtaget deres pakke. Det er ikke i orden. Hold jer langt væk fra denne hjemmeside.

Dårlig kundeservice
Jeg kontaktede deres kundeservice efter min ordre ikke var kommet frem og bad om trackingnummer på pakken.
Da de har sendt som brev, så kan man ikke få informationen, jeg fik også at vide jeg skulle vente en måned før de ville undersøge sagen og jeg måtte kontakte dem igen.
Efter en måned kontakter jeg dem igen, og får nu besked på at de er nået frem til de gerne vil sende mig en ny pakke gratis og uden extra omkostninger…
Kan det virkelig passe man skal vente en måned for at få en besked hvor man er “heldig” at de vil sende ens ordre til en 😅

Jeg bestilte mine smykker d. 4/11 og fik at vide dagen efter at de var leveret. Hjemmesiden sagde 4-7 dages levering, dog modtog jeg først min pakke 3 uger efter. Jeg bestilte mine varer for over 14…
Jeg bestilte mine varer for over 14 dage siden (d.11 december), men har stadig ikke modtaget noget.
Jeg har rettet henvendelse til Crazy factory x flere, som ikke kan sige så meget andet end, at jeg skal have tålmodighed.
Crazy factory lover levering indenfor 4-7 hverdage, hvilket de så ikke overholder. Bestilling afsendes uden track and trace, så man har ingen mulighed for, at se hvor langt bestillingen er kommet, hvilket jeg synes er super ærgerligt.
