Mark who is a friendly and courteous engineer installed a new boiler in a new location doing all pipe work with minimal disruption. Everything was broken down and explained well and did everything when promised.

We found Mark Gay's business (Safe Gas Heating & Plumbing Ltd) via Worcester Bosch's website as an approved boiler installer.

His services has been first class from day 1.
He replied to messages promptly, usually on the same day.
He certainly has a lot of experience, knowledge & skills & gave very frank & honest advice, which proved he could be trusted.

On the day of installation, he arrived on time & set about getting the work done.
We replaced our 16 year old Baxi/Potterton (15KW) boiler with new Worcester Bosch Greenstar Ri 24KW boiler. This came with a 10 year Guarantee as we opted to have a Worcester Bosch Magnetic Filter also installed.
At first, Mark thought he would struggle to place it due to the limited amount of space available, but in the end, he was able to get this done.
Once the water was turned back on, unfortunately, there was a water leak under the floor boards, which Mark was quickly able to find the root cause of & fix (which cost extra, as it was not obviously accounted for in the original quote). However, Mark still managed to get all of the work completed on time.

All of the follow up paperwork (invoice, receipt & guarantee) was sent in a timely manner via email.

We also subsequently asked him to fix another minor leak in a bathroom & would happily recommend Mark & his company for any Gas, Heating or Plumbing work.
However, be prepared to wait a couple of weeks before it can get scheduled, as his diary gets fully booked very quickly-which is understandable.
