I have had the pleasure of working closely with Rachael Ward during our journey to accredit Cenhealth Academy’s digital health courses with the CPD Standards Office UK.

Throughout the entire process, Rachael demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and expertise. As our account manager, she played a vital role in coordinating various aspects of the accreditation process, working seamlessly with the registration, accreditation, and accounts teams at CPDSO. Rachael’s responsiveness made the entire experience efficient and enjoyable.

In addition to this, the CPDSO provided us with opportunities to enhance our knowledge and leverage CPD benefits through webinars. These webinars proved to be valuable in understanding how to make the most of our accreditation and explore networking opportunities.

In 2023 I committed to launching Amber Academy, an addition to my Amber Dementia Support Business. It is important that I am CPD accredited so that the courses I deliver have a clear benefit to delegates that attend. Andrew and Annie have been so supportive and offer the advice you need to develop the training courses in a structured context. I am excited for the future in enabling delegates to learn about dementia and gain valuable CPD credits towards their professional development.

It's great to work with a "standards" team that lead by example! The journey to CPD SO accreditation for our Road Skills Online professional development plan e-Learning for commercial vehicle drivers was calm and unhurried.
We first contacted CPD SO in mid 2019, introduced by a colleague in another business.
Director of Sales at CPD SO patiently supported us through research into the general subject of attaining CPD accreditation. Very helpful documents about CPD generally and CPD SO in particular were provided.
There were several in depth conversations about the process and the benefit.
When we decided to apply the support for completing the application was very good and readily available. Every question was dealt with positively.
