I talked with FeRose today and she was wonderful! I have developed an allergic reaction to my new mask and have been having difficulty getting any help. I had tried two other places, and the place where I had my sleep study done and no one could help me. I found cpap.com with a google search and am so glad I did. Rose was clear and easy to understand and confirmed that the mask I was considering was good for skin allergies. Then she opened an account for me and helped with my purchase. The price for sending the mask overnight was 1/3 the cost of the other company that I got my original mask through. I am so thankful that I finally found a company and customer service agent that cares and could help me! They are the BEST and I plan to use them for all of my future needs.

I have a problems with the noise from my Airsense Mini.

I spoke with Daryl and he presented a few options to lessen the noise. He always sent a video that deals with subject. He was very helpful.

Customer for 7 years, $5000. spent, would of always been a 5 star review. Never had a return. Mask blow out, possible machine malfunction. Ordered 3 new masks as well as new machine in case that was problem. On phone now over 2 hours, trying to return an unused machine- 3 hours at most, did not solve problem. masks I understand, but machine does not come in contact with anything. Can be reset to factory easily. Called me once said to return my call with a satisfactory conclusion, IGNORED. Be leary of return policy, make sure your machine is really defective prior to ordering new one. CPAP.com has no flexibility on machine returns, no consideration of the loyal customer that you have been and not even a price match guarantee. Ive never used another vendor in 7 years- Dumb......They always seemed like they really cared as long as I was ordering something!

The person who answered the phone was wonderful! She advised me on some additional things regarding my travel CPAP. She refunded my original order and helped create a new order. Also suggested I expedite the shipping. I will definitely use your company again.
