Mary made placing a new order a snap and also caught that I had selected the wrong type of HME device for my masks. I had also ordered the wrong ones in a previous order. She also walked me through confirming that accessory pack was what I needed for the ResMed AirMini to work with my particular ResMed mask. My wife and I both needed replacement CPAP masks, actually we mostly needed better headgear straps-The Velcro fasteners were beginning to lose their hold. After navigating the cpap.com website, I was able to place my (medium size) mask into the shopping basket, Next, I attempted several times to find the same Blue Comfort Gel mask for my wife, in a Petite size. Trying to get to the right web page turned into a nightmare. Was so frustrated that I turned to amazon and found the Blue Comfort Gel mask for sale there. Their website is so much more easy to navigate. At the last minute I decided to call cpap.com. I spoke with "Juliene", who was very professional and courteous. She helped me in the completion of my order. She went out of her way to determine the best offer to keep the cost down. My faith in cpap.com was restored. However, in my humble opinion, the cpap.com website needs work to render it more user friendly.

My issue was a leaking mask and a pressure range that was too broad for my liking. One of your technicians, Brandy, helped me out and took me through the ResMed 11 that I had just acquired, and showed me how to modify the settings.
