Contesting this purchase with my credit card. I was out of town when the dress delivered and it looked nothing like it did online. The material was SO cheap that it made my skin break out. Sequins and glitter got everywhere. They denied a full refund and tried to say they would give me a 20% late fee return and a 25% restocking fee. Worst quality I have EVER seen for $400

Purchased address through couturecandy.com after receiving the address it was too small. I reached out to them. They said I am able to return for store credit or an exchange for a different size as long as they receive it within five days of me receiving the dress I reached out to them. They said I’m able to return and exchange after I shipped out the dress at my cost. They emailed me telling me that I’m not able to return or exchange. It’s final sale even though I have proof that they told me I am able to return for an exchange or store credit so now I am stuck with address that I will never wear on top of that. I shut out of luck with the cost of me shipping it back at my cost girls take your money to a different website. This website is bullshit. I tried to contact them after that. They stopped replying to all my emails. Their customer service is so bad after two emails they stopped answering me and they did not want to hear anything. Do not accept any discount codes from this company or they will take away 25% from your total if you chose to exchange. They don’t accept returns, only store credit. Colors from items are off. Never go by the color on their website/images or you’ll be in for a big surprise. You’re only safe with white/black. They are SCAMMERS!!!
I purchased two dresses costing over $1000, returned them within two days, provided, tracking information, took pictures, confirmed they received the garments in good condition, and they refuse to return my money. If anyone has any resources for legal action, please forward to me.

Unless you are 100 percent sure that what you are buying will fit, DONOT buy from this company. I purchased a $565. dress for my daughters wedding, I called and spoke with customer service, I was advised to buy the size that I brought and I was told that I could return it if it did not fit. This company will do whatever they can to not accept returns. They go as far as to say you must have it back within 5 days and you cannot use the post office you may only use fed ex or UPS. Well guess what the price was going to be upwards of $100.00 to return it! They also say you must have pictures of the dress and the box you are sending it in attached to the package. This company is unethical, DON'T use them!
I ordered a dress and because it was on sale I couldn’t return it. The problem is that the fabric of the sale dresses is either incredibly loose or damaged. The buyer was not warned of this problem before purchasing. I tried communicating with customer service, but it didn't work. However, I now can't return it or wear it. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company again. It's frustrating to spend money on something that can't be returned or used. This experience has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the brand.

This company has predatory and unethical practices. They don’t care about their clients. I recently purchased a $550 dress for my daughter’s wedding and it has discontinued, they claim it is a final sale and I was unable to exchange it . In reality their website, the confirmation or anywhere the final sale clause was written or disclosed . They are deceiving and I have started several legal complaints against it. I urge to do the same. As consumers we should be protected against unethical practices like these .
First dress was nice, but when returning another one that wasn't even supposed to ship to me, I lost $220 plus return shipping cost.
First. all the google review are fake.
I returned a $900 dress the same day I received it in its original condition since it did not meet my expectations. When I check on my return shipping track that they had received the parcel back, I started asking for my refund, but they were told me for around almost 4 weeks !! that the dress was under "inspection" and have to wait for my refund. When I claimed that it was legally a time for my refund to be processed because more than 14 days had passed, they offered me a 50 % refund just in a credit store gift card. Of course, I was shocked and my answer was absolutely no!
Immediately I contacted my bank to stop this fraudulent on line purchase. But since Culture candy claimed that I supposedly "signed in consent" (which I never saw on my purchase receipt and is not there!), that they were going to steal half of my money for no reason, the bank told me that Couture candy didn't want to return the money an because of that I have to file a small claim court.
I am taking legal action now because this is a well-organized scam!!. You will never get your money back for any refund! My recommendation is to AVOID buying from this place at all costs. And if anyone here wants to join a lawsuit, I will gladly provide my contact information. This is illegal and constitutes a large-scale coordinated fraud. Stealing money for good faith customers.

SCAM! They ripped me off. I returned the dress in original condition and in the time allowed and they will not refund my money. Do not order from them! I’m having to go through my bank to reverse the charges, FRAUD & SCAM!
Don't purchase anything from Couture Candy. The Company is deceptive and unethical in their business practices. They state processing time is 48-72 hours and shipping will take 5-7 days. Ordered dress on 11/12/24. Shipped on 11/20/24 (168 hours after placing order). Tried calling and no one picks up the phone. The dress arrived on 11/26/24 , my event was on 11/24/24. According to what their shipping rules are, the dress should have arrived NO LATER than 11/22/24, 10 days after placing order (3 days for processing and 7 days for delivery). I emailed them and they lied numerous times saying that it shipped ON TIME. I have the UPS documentation. I want to return it and followed their rules, I am still waiting for a Return Authorization. DON'T DO BUSINESS with Couture Candy.
Returns are not accepted if you buy it with a PRICE INCREASE or with a DISCOUNT, it must be the exact price, in this case I made a purchase with an increase of $ 1 from its original price, the Cindirella divinne brand is too small for me, the M = XS, I tried to return the product and they denied it because of the increase I paid, they ridiculously say that it is on sale, but they are stupid, don't they see that I paid more than the original price? THIS STORE SCAMS ITS CUSTOMERS, they should report them to other institutions for misleading advertising.
Customer service was great and very responsive. I asked several questions before committing to the purchase. The dress was exactly what I wanted, and it was packed with care. A signature was required for added security. Shipping was fast and the label was created the day of the purchase.

Living in NJ I received the order from NY within 48 hrs but all returns to Las Vegas 5 days unless you pay $90 or $100 with insurance.
I made a big mistake of ordering something that would not result in a refund even though I followed company protocal and the return was in PERFECT CONDITION. I'm 70 years old and hardly ever order on line and this is all new to me. I am at a big loss.
