From the moment we arrived, it felt like a different world – crystal clear water, private villa stay and complete peace all around. The resort was absolutely stunning, with top-class service and breathtaking views.

What made it even more special were the little details – candle light dinner by the beach, perfect room setup and smooth coordination throughout the trip. Har chiz itni perfectly planned thi ki ek bhi moment stressful nahi laga.

Itinerary bhi bilkul balanced tha – humne relax bhi kiya aur kuch activities bhi enjoy ki without any rush.

Team ka support bhi kaafi acha tha, they ensured everything went exactly as planned.

I purchased a membership from Country Holidays. Mr. Aditya coordinated with me for the booking related queries I had. It felt like a personalized service.
The package included my Flight, Hotel Stay and food.
Overall it was a good experience.
I felt, it's a lengthy process but it's not that much extensive.

My experience with the recent purchase with Country Holidays Travel is quite satisfying. I have an average experience with the booking Team. I have received gift vouchers and holiday login details after the purchase.

Really helpful during my recent trip to Lucknow. I had a very pleasant and safe travel experience with Country Holidays Travel India.

The customer service experts helped me alot during the booking process.

I have been following up for my refund for a long time and have already provided the time period requested by the support team. However, instead of a resolution, I keep getting asked for more time again and again.

There has been no clear refund credit date shared with me despite repeated calls and emails. The responses are mostly repetitive and do not provide any concrete update. This ongoing delay has been very frustrating.

I hope the company improves its refund handling process, communication transparency, and customer support accountability. I am still waiting for a proper resolution and refund conformation.

A few days ago, I received a call from Country Holiday Travel India Pvt. Ltd. (CHT) requesting 30 minutes of time with my wife and me to hand over promotional vouchers, stating that these were being offered to individuals who had recently purchased a new car. Due to my busy schedule and lack of genuine interest, I kept postponing the meeting. Despite repeated follow-ups, I finally agreed to meet them at my residence in Thane on Sunday, 11 January 2026, between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. During the meeting, the representatives explained their company profile and offerings. I clearly and repeatedly stated that I was not interested in any vacation or holiday membership, as I am aware that such schemes often involve exaggerated claims and limited delivery. They stated that the purpose of the visit was only to explain the redemption process of the complimentary vouchers (couple movie tickets and a 2N/3D stay) and not to sell any membership. I specifically asked whether bookings in their hotels/resorts were genuinely available, to which they responded that their business model was different from Club Mahindra and Sterling Holidays. They further claimed that they own and operate a chain of hotels, including Radisson, Radisson Blu, and Park Hotels, which allegedly gave them a significant advantage over other players. They also stated that they do not deal with The Lalit or Taj group of hotels. The sales representatives, Mr. Mukesh Mishra and his associate Mr. Abhay Singh, appeared convincing and trustworthy. They repeatedly asserted that Radisson and Park Hotels belonged to them, and that they had tie-ups with premium hotels in and around Mumbai such as Dellas and Fariyas, with 25 rooms allotted to them at each property. Based on these representations, I was led to believe that booking availability would not be an issue if I enrolled in their membership. They also highlighted several additional benefits which, according to them, were unmatched in the market. However, the primary factor influencing my decision was their repeated claim of ownership and association with reputed hotel chains such as Radisson and Park Hotels. They also offered a 90-day free-look cancellation period, assuring that the membership could be cancelled without any issue. Relying on these assurances, I enrolled for the membership by swiping my supplementary credit card for ₹1.98 lakhs, to be converted into 12 EMIs. The membership was taken in my wife’s name, who is also the supplementary cardholder. The sales representatives left after informing us that a confirmation call would be made the next day (Monday, 12 January 2026), after which we would receive the membership login credentials. As no confirmation call was received by Monday afternoon, I became concerned and contacted Mr. Mukesh Mishra. Shortly thereafter, a confirmation call was made; however, during this call, several benefits promised by Mukesh and Abhay were either missing or contradicted, and the caller repeatedly asked us to merely confirm the stated terms. When my wife declined to confirm the offer due to clear mismatch with the previous day’s sales pitch, we immediately received another call from Mr. Mukesh Mishra, who insisted that we confirm whatever was stated during the confirmation call to receive the membership number and login details. He assured us that he would later arrange a customer care call where all promised benefits would be honoured. Trusting Mr. Mukesh Mishra during this second confirmation call, we agreed. However, before receiving any customer care call, we received an email from the company stating that we had confirmed the entire package and that “there are no further queries from the customer side.” This raised serious concerns and suspicion. We did not confirm the said email. Instead, we replied requesting immediate cancellation of the membership, asking them to provide proof of their relationship with Radisson/Radisson Blu, and instructed them not to process the payment further. From that day i.e. 13-Jan-26 we are sending follow-up emails to CHT, however no response except for seeking additional time to revert back. supporting evidence.
In view of the above, it is evident that the transaction was induced through misrepresentation and false assurances. Please avoid any transaction with Country Holiday Travel....

The worst and the frauds fraud company I would say, They never make bookings for you smoother, for me I have worst experience with them, my years AMC got waste as whenever I ask for booking by raising in app it will come back as changes your dates, even after changing they won't book, They will not pick up the calls and if you put bad review they will harass you by calling. I have a mail chain for months and months for single booking. I would plead everyone do not fall for their trap.

Country holidays is such a company which makes people buy there membership by promoting them free vouchers and then after getting their signature on blank paper in which they promise the things which people want and then they exchange the
agreement gives them miss consent through sales person then people keep running after them for their own money later people are not even told the office  address i request to all please save your hard earn money and don't go with their words I give them 5star rating because they are excellent to do the fraud I'm mentioning the office address here you can go and save your money

I would not recommend Country Holidays Travels. The company makes big promises at the time of sale but does not fulfill them unless you upgrade to their so-called “privileged plan.” They commit to providing 5-star properties, but in reality you mostly get 4-star hotels. In case of escalation, they may provide 5-star properties, but only after repeated follow-ups.

I understand that premium brands like Hilton or Marriott can be expensive during peak dates, but at least reputed companies don’t commit to what they cannot deliver. Making false promises just to close sales is unfair to clients, and I strongly advise caution before signing up.

On a personal note, having worked with them, I never saw proper client handling. Calls were ignored unless a guest was shouting, demanding refunds, or escalating for bookings. As an employee, trying to have constructive conversations was pointless since no one really listened. It affected my work and my mental health heavily. In my experience, this company is not worth it—neither for customers nor for employees

Zero assistance and zero help even after paying them the membership fees. They are literally scamsters

Country holiday executive gave me holiday package giving me wrong commitment. So I told them to cancel my holiday package & refund my money back. I have been fighting with CHT for my refund since last 7 months. But CHT is not refunding my money back. I will suggest all of u to be careful before taking holiday package from CHT.

When I decided to cancel the policy the very next day, as I was no longer interested, I was met with refusal and complete non-cooperation. Despite canceling within 24 hours, I have not received any refund or acknowledgment of my request. This is outright theft, as they have taken my money without providing any service, and now they're refusing to refund me.
I strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid signing any agreements or purchasing their plans. Country Holidays Travel is nothing more than a scam designed to trap you into an unfair contract, leaving you with no recourse once they have your money. Stay far away and save yourself from frustration and financial loss.

High-Pressure Sales Tactics: CHT's sales representatives engaged in aggressive, high-pressure tactics, keeping me in discussions for hours and pushing me to “sign up immediately” to secure a supposed “deal.” They created a sense of urgency that left me with little time to review or think over the package details. Beware if any company tries to rush you into a decision—this is often a red flag!

Misleading Information and False Promises: Their sales team made numerous enticing verbal promises, including additional benefits, complimentary meals, and specific services, that were not reflected in any official documentation. When I requested these commitments in writing, they avoided providing clear answers. This bait-and-switch tactic seems to be part of their strategy to hook unsuspecting customers.

Unethical Changes to Package Terms: After the purchase, I found that several promised benefits—like the number of nights included in the package—were suddenly reduced without my consent. What was verbally sold to me was drastically different from the actual terms, leading to a package that offered far less value than what I was led to believe. This tactic is dishonest and takes advantage of trusting customers.

Deliberate Delays and Evasive Responses: When I realised the discrepancies and asked for a refund, they resorted to sending repetitive, meaningless emails that ignored my concerns and delayed any progress. They’ve repeatedly stalled with vague responses and have yet to take any real action on my refund. It seems their standard practice is to delay until the customer gives up.

Illegal Activities - Forged Signatures and Falsified Documents: In what I consider the most shocking and illegal act, I discovered that CHT had sent me an agreement with my signature on it—one that I never signed. This means they forged my signature, which is a serious violation and a crime. If a company is willing to fabricate legal documents, imagine the lengths they might go to if further issues arise. This fraudulent behaviour raised serious concerns for me, as no reputable business would resort to such unethical tactics.

Refusal to Provide a Fair Resolution: Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter amicably, they have shown no intention of addressing my concerns. The company has neither refunded my money nor taken responsibility for their actions. Instead, they continue to send automated or repetitive emails, refusing to take any meaningful steps toward a resolution.

My Advice to All Consumers:

Please avoid Country Holiday Travel or any similar company that uses high-pressure tactics, hides behind vague policies, or shows signs of unethical behaviour. If they can manipulate documentation and refuse to honour their commitments, they do not deserve your trust or your hard-earned money.

Before committing to any travel package:

Insist on Written Agreements: Make sure every promise made verbally is clearly documented and signed by both parties.

Review All Documents Carefully: Check for discrepancies or signs of forgery. Protect yourself by verifying everything.

Research Thoroughly: Look for reviews and feedback from other customers before making a decision.

Hi, I have taken a membership from Country Travel India Limited. They told the membership comes with a cooling period. We have paid the membership and we have seen bad reviews, lot of their customer service numbers are blocked, we immediately raised cancellation of membership and asked to refund money. None of the company members are responding to that. They replied some emails that they will refund the money and some emails are saying no such cancellation policy is available. This is one of the cheating companies i ever seen in my life. I have raised my legal notice via a bank which currently they are dealing. I would like to inform all people not to go for their membership as I was struggling last 6 months to get my refund. However, I will not leave this issue as I will go to Media and court to fight against them
