Title: Misleading Sales Calls and Privacy Concerns – Stay Away!

Utter scam! I recently bought a car and received a call from Clark Vacation International. They said they got my number through the car dealership and congratulated me on my new car, claiming they were offering a special package.

It is very concerning how they obtain personal phone numbers from third parties and use that information to make unsolicited sales calls. This feels misleading and raises serious privacy concerns. I never asked for their services or gave them permission to contact me.

Be careful and think twice before sharing any personal details or making payments. This kind of marketing practice is unacceptable. Stay alert!

Very disappointing experience. We were invited to a meeting at 7:30 PM and were told it would take only 30 minutes, but the meeting continued until 9:30 PM.
Initially, the representatives were very friendly and welcoming, but later we felt heavily pressured to purchase the membership. They repeatedly told us that the offer was available only for that day and kept changing the membership price. We were pressured to make an immediate decision without being given enough time to properly discuss the offer or consider it as a family.
When we declined, the representative named Ram became angry and made disrespectful comments, saying that we could not afford five-star hotels and questioning how we would travel internationally or go on trips. These comments were extremely insulting and unnecessary. He then walked away from us.
Customers should be given enough time to understand an offer and make their own financial decisions without pressure, anger, or disrespect. Unfortunately, our experience made us feel that the main priority was to make us purchase the membership at any cost, rather than respecting our decision.

Hello everyone I am utilised 2night 3days vouchers in wayandthey give 4 star hotel in voucher it's good company and good experience I am not expecting 5star hotel in voucher but it's good worth it to take Clark Vacation international voucher and membership also I am very possitive

I have attended such presentations in the past. It's an old scam but they keep finding new bakras.

First of all they illegally acquire data from people who have recently bought cars. They claim they have a tie up with car dealers - not true. I have complained to dealers and they insist they do not share purchaser data.

No compliance with TRAI (they don't even know that telemarketers are not supposed to call DND numbers, such is their level of ignorance and unprofessionalism).

They will offer some kind of vouchers to lure you into a nauseating presentation at a hotel like Taj Vivanta, etc... wasting the time of you and your family. They are trying to sell some blatantly overpriced holiday packages.
Later when you try to claim the voucher they disappear or it's difficult to redeem or not worth after other expenses. Not worth even chasing for it. But the biggest loss is time.

5 star hotels like Vivanta - please do not host these fraudster monkeys. You are spoiling your name too by association.

Do not trust them with any payment. You've been warned!

Fraud..Do not even fall in the trap of free vouchers. You will waste your money and time. They don’t respond to any mails once you hear them for 1.5 -2 hours.

SCAM company and a classic marketing gimmick. DONOT fall for their trap.

They station representatives around malls, luring people with promises of "unconditional gift vouchers" in exchange for listening to a sales pitch for their extremely overpriced product. The sales team then creates unnecessary pressure by claiming that the "offer is valid only today" to push people into making quick decisions.

The real issue starts after you walk away with the promised voucher. When we tried to redeem ours, we were repeatedly given excuses and delays. Initially, we were told to wait one month. After following up again, we were asked to wait another four months. Their customer support repeatedly says, "We will get back to you," but never actually follows through.

I'm genuinely surprised by the 4.7-star rating. Based on my experience, the reviews do not seem to reflect the reality of how this company operates.

Now, before the company responds with, "We have no record of you" or "We don't remember being associated with you," please find attached a copy of the so-called voucher that was issued to us. This should serve as proof of our interaction and the promises made at the time. I even have screenshots.
I have also noticed several other reviews citing concerns very similar to ours. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise people not to waste their valuable time with a company that does not honor its commitments.

Instead, consider spending your hard-earned money with established and reputable travel companies such as Club Mahindra or other well-known providers with a proven track record.

If they are unwilling or unable to honor a ₹400 PVR voucher that they themselves promised, imagine the level of service and accountability you can expect when lakhs of your hard earned rupees are involved.

They think they have no consequences to their actions of being dishonest.

Those who are considering buying a travel voucher with this company. I will share my experience with multiple travel denials i have faced. First of all they lied to us and got us to the hotel for a silly sales pitch that lasted much longer [1.5 hours] but told us will only be 20 mins as we had 2 toddlers with us. I am a member of Karma resorts and Club Resorto and i find them far better than this company. Please check screenshots of 2 denials for Goa and they claim that they do not have any inventory of hotels when the sales person swore to us this will never happen and they always have ample 4 star and 5 star hotel inventory domestic and abroad. Take your own risk while investing your money. Thanks for wasting our time clarks International - when your senior managers apologised that your team will no longer lie to others and will take our feedback seriously - they were definitly not being truthful and its such a pity such organizations still exist with absolutely no code of honour. First time they informed me to give advance notice, next time that no inventory in entire Goa when club resorto , karma all were able to provide. You all can decide with this information if its worth signing up on lies when fine print says they can deny hotel room whenever they please.

Clarks vacation international is a scam - note this words any pressured sale is a scam - the website doesn't allow you to book and you will never find the offering in its website - but a cheap alternative - Dont fall for this trap. (Note the sales team just turns back to you saying that the money is not refundable )

I am writing this to warn fellow Bangaloreans about the events being held by Clark Vacation International in Manyata Tech Park. They attract people by offering "free holiday vouchers'" but please be aware of what you are walking into:

.The Hook: You will likely receive a call or message saying you've won a free stay or voucher and are invited to a "short" presentation in a hotel or event space in Bangalore.

.The Reality: The "short" presentation often lasts 2-3 hours. It is an extremely high-pressure sales environment designed to get you to sign up for expensive, long-term vacation membership on the spot.

.The "Free" Vouchers: Many people find that the free vouchers are nearly impossible to redeem due to hidden taxes, processing fees, or "blackout dates" that weren't mentioned upfront.

.The Name: They appear to be using a well-known name to gain instant trust, but they are not affiliated with the reputable Clark brands you might be thinking of.

.My Advice: Do not give them your credit card or sign any documents under pressure. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Save your time and stay away.

They are a scam, they will lure you in by claiming to give out free holiday vouchers but are a scam indeed, you will end up wasting your time, please do not purchase anything from them

Beware – Misleading and Fake Promises
I received a call claiming that I had won a free holiday coupon and movie tickets. They asked me to collect the gifts from a hotel, but when I arrived, it turned out to be a sales pitch for holiday packages. Despite refusing to buy anything, they assured me the promised coupons would be sent via email. However, even after multiple follow-ups, I never received them.
This seems to be a scam. Please be cautious and don’t fall for such false commitments.
