Having purchased a couple of t-shirts via Dizzy Jam which were excellent quality both design wise and the actual material , sizing and colour of the t-shirt themselves I decided to create my own design and market via Cotton Cart.

Having purchased a couple of t-shirts myself to get a feel for alternative sizes I am now selling these t-shirts. No fuss, no hassle and a few sales done.

I'm happy so far with my cotton cart journey and would recommend. Happy Dayz

Bought a Dizzyjam t-shirt (Cotton Cart come under the Ramp Umbrella which also includes Dizzyjam ) - low quality and tore soon after. Offered a discount on future purchase as compensation. Avoid.

I've been using CottonCart for over 5 years. In fact, most of the most popular shops and products on Cotton Cart are mine. I spent many months researching easy and quick ways to create an online shop and out of everyone, I picked CottonCart. Since then, I've gone on to earn thousands through my CottonCart stores and every time I get one of their emails headed 'Ker-ching!', I know I've made another sale and that makes me smile. I don't even have to mail my products - I just pocket the commission! Their product quality is great and their service is second-to-none.

An absolute let down. Cotton Cart come under the Ramp Umbrella which also includes Dizzyjam . It's M.E Awareness month in May and I've been creating designs, putting out teaser Ads and getting everything ready to launch with profit from sales going to the charity I support Invest In ME Research. On 1st April I purchased one of my designs just to check quality and service was okay before launching it on the public, i naively didn't think there would be a problem. 11th April the t-shirt arrived, with a whole section of colour missing plus all the text, I submitted a help ticket and Dafydd came back to apologize, saying he didn't know how it had happened and they would send me a reprint a.s.a.p. I explained that i was concerned about launching the store because i needed reliability and they evidently didn't check items before they leave . He responded by saying that everything is checked before leaving, but they could issue a refund if i preferred. I emailed back to say I'd have the reprint and see how things go. On the 25th April I submitted another help ticket asking what had happened to my reprint and was told it had been printed on the 24th April but after the post had gone so it would be with me in 48 hrs. It arrived 26th April. So in summary, instead of moving their backside and correcting their mistake straightaway , I seemingly went to the back of the queue again and the reprint took longer to come than the original faulty item, and that's me allowing for the Easter break too. When I put this to Cotton Cart, totally missing the point & the maths, Dafydd apologised and said normal turnaround was about 5 days but this time had taken longer. It's taken nearly a month to get the correct printed t-shirt. There is no way i can trust my customers to Cotton Cart after this and after all the hard work have with heavy heart closed the store , so no launch, and nothing to show support for M.E awareness month now as there's no time. Having also put out the Ads i will have to let the Charity & followers know, When working in support of a charity you need reliability, it's so important and that's something Cotton Cart can't deliver on.
