What a Fab Company. You can get through to customer service so easily. They are so nice and polite and helpful. I had furniture delivered by Ian & Bryan and they were absolutely fantastic. The furniture is beautiful. The Cotswold Company is probably my favourite company!

I’m so happy that we have The Cotswold Company in Kingston. I really enjoy visiting the store, even when I don’t have any plans to buy anything! The customer service is always excellent, and I always feel comfortable, welcome and never pressured. The staff are fantastic — Cris, Mira and Flogerta.

This Saturday, Flogerta was particularly fantastic. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely. She wasn’t pushy at all and even gave me some fabric samples to take home so I could take my time and think about what I really wanted.
The bed frame I was looking for wasn’t available to see in the store, but Flogerta didn’t hesitate to help. She showed me the new models available on the website and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I felt so comfortable and well looked after that I went back the following day and placed my order for the bed frame. Now I’m just waiting for it to be delivered! 😊

We bought 4 items of furniture from Cotswolds, which were delivered today. Our small bookcase, bedside tables and occasional table look very nice and are solid and well-made.
The staff in the Kingston store were very helpful and the delivery efficient and friendly. Recommended!

The store looks amazing . The staff were really helpful. On both occasions, as I had to return on of my items, the transaction was quick and efficient.

We went into store to look for new furniture and the help we recieved from Cris was invaluable! Excellent advice and not pushy at all. After we left the store, he continued to help us over email to get everything we wanted ordered! Thanks again!

Wondrrful service from Ilda in the Kingston shop, then great delivery guys today. On time, helpful and polite. Pointed out a chip in one item and took it back. Cotswold were immediately in contact to apologise and to replace, even with a different range item if I wanted. Couldn't get better!

Krasi gave us such a warm welcome as we arrived. Her welcome - and the lovely layout of this super shop - made a lovely difference to the whole experience.

As we had done some research online before visiting the shop, Krasi could not have been kinder - not only showing us to the two pieces of furniture that we had come to see so as to make a final decision as to which to buy, but moving them side by side so that we could clearly see the differences and pick a favourite. Fabric swatches too!

Krasi was completely across everything we asked about - fabrics and their advantages and disadvantages, colours, styles, costs etc.

She made it very easy for us to work out which would be the best for our home and we now eagerly await delivery in just a few weeks!
